We arrived at the RV center on a warm day and walked around the lot for a bit before spotting two older gentlemen sitting on golf carts. They were chatting away to each other while one smoked a cigarette and we asked if they were the salesmen. We ended up talking to the one not smoking (Jerry Quinn) and after telling him specifically what we were looking for, he gave us a quick tour of the new models. Afterwards he sent us out alone into the used section and told us to look around because there were a few more out there that fit our specifications. We had no way of identifying the preferred units without going through each one, and ended up leaving. He also gave us some sketchy information that we later found out was not true.
Overall, we were not impressed at all. The salespeople seemed annoyed that we interrupted their conversation and weren't knowledgeable about the products they were representing. The whole experience was like visiting a used car lot. We are ready to buy when we find the right model and will look elsewhere. Can't even imagine trying to negotiate a price with this crowd or trusting them with service later on. read more
