Review of RVRescue Inc. Conway, SC Pulled into NMB RV RV Resort and dry dock, North Myrtle Beach, SC, on a Tuesday. Discovered that we had a leak in the toilet valve. Called RVRescue and Adam called back and told us that he would be there in an hour. He was early... Grabbed his tools and started immediatly working on the toilet. He came with the needed replacement part, removed the damaged one, installed the new one. He took about 45 minutes and we tested it and he was done!! Very polite, answered all my questions. Asked if he should take off his shoes when he arrived..."No" but nice of him to ask. I would recommend RVRescue to anyone with issues with their RV. Went to Pirateland this past weekend after storing our RV for a few months. Couldn't get the water hose to stop leaking and noticed it running down the other side so I called a couple of places that the camping place recommended and Tim answered the phone. It was already about 7 pm but he said he would be able to come later that night or in the morning, well with 2 small children, I needed water asap, so I told him to come even if it was midnight. He called 25 minutes later and said he could squeeze me in on a part run. I was thrilled. He came quickly and was able to explain how my parts burst with the cold weather we had and what all we need to replace, and gave us water until the part we need to get hot water could be picked up, but fixed all the other things that night Thank you Tim, I'm keeping your number for future problems. read more

RV Rescue is outstanding! We always use RV Rescue for all our service needs, from yearly inspections of all the major components to replacing water pumps and the refrigerator. Warranty company only wanted to repair the refrigerator, but Tim was able to negotiate with the company to replace the unit. RV Rescue also did an installation of our Washer/Dryer combo, which never goes as planned, but they got it in the RV and we love it! This past Memorial day, we had a crazy electrical problem that was very hard to troubleshoot, but Tim was very persistent and didn't stop until it he pinpointed the issue and ended up being a simple fix. There is no way a dealership would have solved this problem. We highly recommend RV Rescue, they are responsive and take care of all your problems and maintenance items. read more

After reading the positive reviews I called RV Rescue 9:00 in the morning and also sent an email when I had to leave a voice message. I never received any response and eventually had to call a different RV repair company. After writing the review Tim sent a message apologizing for getting not back to us and setup an appointment to come look at our awning issue. I was thoroughly impressed with his candor and his ability to work us in. Personally, I would rather have a small independent company such as RV Rescue fix our issue instead of a major corporation whose bottom line is more about making money instead of customer service. There are not many companies that will call after hours as well as follow-up first thing in the morning. read more

We want to say thank you again to Tim at RV Rescue. We arrived at Myrtle Beach KOA campground over the weekend and our RV slide wouldn't extend out. We saw the RV Rescue ad in the Myrtle Beach KOA Guest Services guide and the lady in the campground store highly recommended them. We called first thing Monday morning and Tim responded promptly to our call. He came out to service the motor home within 30 minutes. We've been in Surfside at Lakewood this last week, and it's rained pretty much everyday. Well, our 50 amp electric connection was sitting in a puddle... Caused a short, huge sparks and then the cord caught on fire. After the initial damage control, we called Tim - it's just after 8pm on a Wednesday, and he said he had the part in stock and would be right out to fix us up. Tim had our connection replaced and powering up our camper in about 40 minutes. Great guy, hard worker. Hopefully you never need RV repair, but if you do, call RV Rescue! Had a tire blow out on my travel trailer on the way and it ripped the wiring out of my slide out. I made a temporary repair on the wiring but to no avail, I called RV rescue and they were already at KOA and said they would be here soon. Tim and Adam came by and diagnosed the problem and saved our vacation. I would give these guys a 10 star review if possible. As we were setting up our camper, we had a plumbing issue with it. I called Tim and he had one other call he was on but he called me when he was on his way. The error was mine and it was simple but I was glad he was able to point it out without laughing too hard at me! While he was there, he climbed up on the roof and caulk sealed my skylight! I was panicking as the elevated bed above the Driver and Passengers seats, was down and crooked. You cannot even drive that way!! I called them and they were here within half an hour. Very responsive. Had water leaking from my RV and didn't understand why. They answered the phone immediately and arrived within 90 minutes.
