Pretty good people to work with.was a little hard on Mercedez for a mix up when their secretary was on vacay. But they give pretty good deals and are pretty nice to work with.

After a rough time getting them to respond to my attempts to schedule warranty service, we finally got it worked out. I got my TT back and everything was fixed except for one warranty item that required manufacturer approval. I took the trailer back to RV Outlet USA of NMB after the manufacturer approved the change. These guys hopped right on getting the repairs completed. I can easily recommend these guys for both service and sales.

We had problems with the sales person Bill, from day 1. He moved to a new job and company, before our sale to then hand us over as we were passed around. Understood, things happen. We needed the outdoor fridge replaced from purchase date, to be sent a fridge to large, a small freezer and a y fridge that was also to big and door would not open in the hole. Bill then returned as our service co-ordinator. We took our camper in last month for warranty work .. for possible upgrade...an awning coming off and a broken AC). We had to call over and over leaving messages with NO return calls, two weeks I. Still not made it in the shop. Three weeks in messages with no return calls, to finally reaching him to be told our keys were lost and the repair person was no longer working on our camper. This phone calling with no response continues... Six weeks later received a text it was ready for pick up, called left message, finally spoke to Bill asked if AC had been changed ... we were told it was cleaned and working... we asked him to check it before we drove there... he called us back and stated "oh, your right, it's still blowing hot air. Will order a new one". We were working on possibly coming in to purchase a new one... but as this continued with the service department... our mind was made up... we will drive elsewhere. So we did, sitting in another town working on a trade in on Wednesday we called to see its status, Bill off for the day (we also called him Monday, to check on its status, no response,) spoke with service manager Chris who stated our "Your RV is ready for pick up. When are you coming to get it"?. We had the other company pull up the work completed ... no where on it stated AC had been changed. Thursday we drove down unloaded our RV to have Jermey the salesman we were going to work with approach us and ask "so you would prefer to go elsewhere and spend more money then buy from us?" why Jeremy, what I spent less or more is none of your business and it's not always about money. So AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. This is what you will be dealing with If your working with BILL. As for SALES AVOID JEREMY, not conferenced about approach or customers but rather making the sale.

There's a reason why this place has a 2.3 Star rating as of this writing…read more The company internet sales was super responsive to make the sale but after that, that's where it went off the rails. The lack of communication and lack of internal systems / processes that usually exist in other organizations to make things easier for the customer, do not exist here. I have text and email threads of the redundant asking for information, me having to ping them for a delivery date, etc. From Suzie Stephenson (ISD), Eric Romero, Shane and Zach, the miscommunication or lack of has been seriously disappointing. All I wanted added to the TT was a second battery, an inverter, and backup camera. It took me having to reach out to find out today that the inverter would not make it to their store for 2 more weeks. As of this writing, I sent an email earlier today to cancel my order and requested a refund. Still no response. I've also sent an email to Winnebago to advise them of this retailer's lack of customer service. Maybe this review will prompt them to respond. I should have checked the reviews before doing business with them. I highly recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of other businesses providing better customer service.

I had never had to replace the valve before, so I wanted to have Camper's Inn do it for peace of mind. Brandon who was my contact was terrific. He managed to help make sure the situation could not only be fixed, but that included clearing up the fact that I wanted to wait for the repair to be done and not leave the trailer with them. He managed to secure a technician- Russ, who was very customer centered and very proficient at his job. He was wonderful. I would definitely deal with both Russ and Brandon again. Now for the not so good items. The bill and their OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS. First their labor rate is $169/hour to repair a towable trailer. My auto mechanic who has undergone much deeper and more involved training/certification charges about $115/hr, so $169 is a bit high. Next, was the charge for the part. They charged me $75 for the plastic valve that can be bought for $15. I understand in the auto industry, that OEM parts are a little bit more than aftermarket parts, but usually they are simply 50% more, not 500%. So for a repair that took about 30 minutes I expected to pay about $120 ($80-90 for labor and $20-40 for the part) instead I was given a bill for $275- Outrageous!!!!! For that the 5 stars of customer service and technicians becomes a 2.5 stars due to the price gouging.

They told me that it was returned because the original buyer had a death in the family. Since I got the RV home, the electrical system has been a problem the entire time with the inverter, alternator to charge the battery, and overall battery function being inoperable most of the time I took the van to Blue Compass RV to get work done under the warranty I purchased and they said they needed parts shipped from the manufacturer and had to wait for Jayco to approve. Then when the part finally arrived nearly 2 months after I first took it in, they are telling me there's a problem with the water system and that it had Frese damaged the damaged other parts I have not been able to use the van at all and now face thousands in repairs that they say are not covered under warranty. I am not sure if the problem is Blue Compass or Jayco but avoid the Jayco Terrain/Entegra Launch at all cost. Poor support, poor quality and a financial drain.

Blue Compass RV - Myrtle Beach, SC (5500 S. Kings Hwy 17)…read more We took our Airstream Interstate Sprinter Van to Blue Compass RV for a few simple repairs that turned into weeks of frustration and neglect. A roof leak was found and they promised to store the van indoors and keep it plugged in -- but when we arrived, the van was completely dead, not plugged in, with mud and mouse droppings inside. The technician admitted they had jumped it earlier but never told anyone. The manager blamed a "bad alternator" and refused to take responsibility or reimburse our mobile mechanic. The mechanic confirmed all batteries and the alternator were fine -- the problem was simple neglect. Total lack of professionalism and accountability. Think twice before trusting them with your RV.

We purchased a 2019 5th wheel and realized it was used and leather would have issues, and components may be tired, but when you ask how the fireplace works and they skip by it and say good, but the remote is not available at the moment when what they mean is, "NO, it doesn't work, that tends to irk me. Then there's the issue that the large slide doesn't go out all the way, or the fact that on delivery they forgot to put the electric cord in the camper so I had to ask for it and wait 20 minutes while they played tag as to who was at fault. OK, maybe being a bit picky, so when I contact them and say I need to replace the fireplace, not looking for any favors because, as they pointed out, when you leave with it, there's no warranty, I just wished to replace the fireplace myself and thought I could get a deal by buying from them. I got; I will get right back to you. That was a couple weeks ago and I'm pretty sure the crickets that I've heard are going to continue. If it weren't for the fact that the rv we got from them was what we were looking for I'd be regretting the purchase. We love our 5th wheel, we just hated the service and bullshit we had to go through.

The findings clearly show the service was either incomplete or never performed: Critically low oil -- no evidence of an oil change ever being done. Cracked, heat-damaged exhaust. Clogged, deteriorated fuel filter. Leak in the main water board due to a damaged fitting. The total cost to correct these issues was $688.83, which we paid out of pocket. I have photo and video documentation of each issue, along with the repair invoice. Despite these findings and repeated outreach, we have still not received any response from the General Manager. The lack of follow-up or accountability is unacceptable and will be included in my formal complaints to the BBB, South Carolina Consumer Affairs, and other consumer protection agencies.
