Do they rent small camper vans on a daily or weekly basis?

We do rent small Class C Motorhomes by the night. https://vrentals.vacationrentaldesk.com/RexAndSonsRVs/homepage.html

It was my first time towing a travel trailer and I was given a hands-on lesson that gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed.

But we decided to just look around and see what else was on the lot (not many Class C). Our amazing salesman, Devin mentioned a Minnie Winnie that had just been traded in that was being sold for a MAJOR bargain. We headed to look at it and immediately said "no, that's way too big"...we had discussed lengths for months and decided on the 24ft...this one was 32 ft. But, what the heck, might as well look at it. BIG mistake because we fell in love with it. It's a 2017 Minnie Winnie 31G and LOTS of extras for about $10,000 LESS than the 2022 Freedom Elite we were looking at and after much discussion (and listening to my sister help us decide), we decided to go for it. We brought it home yesterday and are planning our first outing already. Lots to learn because we are first time campers. Devin, Patrick in finance, Pete for our "class on what everything is" and Jacob in parts were outstanding. WOW...they made it so easy and we never felt any pressure to do anything. Can't say enough good about them.

The store was not busy, yet customer service was nearly nonexistent. Retail staff avoided engagement and could not help with a simple request to plug in and test a clearance couch. When I asked multiple times, I was brushed off and eventually told "they're just like that." At checkout, concerns were argued instead of addressed. Sales staff showed no interest when I asked about RVs. I left carrying a large boxed item and my dog, without assistance. Very poor in-store experience. They lost a lot of money from me. Besides the couch, I was looking to buy a generator. Also, just like my retail experiences in Garner, they constantly push and overtalk a Good Sam membership.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Camping World of Myrtle Beach. We came in…read moreneeding to downgrade our camper because we've fallen on hard times, and I'm currently pregnant, so getting into something more affordable was extremely important for our growing family. From the moment we arrived, Corey and Dan treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. There was never any pressure to buy anything, and they truly listened to our situation and what we needed. They went above and beyond to help us by giving us a higher trade-in value for our camper, lowering the price of the camper we were purchasing, and even waiving the taxes to make the deal work for our family. Thanks to Corey, our salesman, and Dan, the finance manager, we were able to trade into a camper that is completely paid off. That has lifted such a huge financial burden off our shoulders and given us so much peace of mind during a very stressful season of life. What meant the most to us was how sympathetic, empathetic, and understanding they were throughout the entire process. They didn't make us feel embarrassed about our circumstances; instead, they worked hard to find a solution that truly helped our family. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about people and not just making a sale, I cannot recommend Camping World of Myrtle Beach enough. Thank you, Corey and Dan, for your honesty, generosity, and exceptional customer service. You made a difficult situation so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did for us and our baby girl on the way.

The findings clearly show the service was either incomplete or never performed: Critically low oil -- no evidence of an oil change ever being done. Cracked, heat-damaged exhaust. Clogged, deteriorated fuel filter. Leak in the main water board due to a damaged fitting. The total cost to correct these issues was $688.83, which we paid out of pocket. I have photo and video documentation of each issue, along with the repair invoice. Despite these findings and repeated outreach, we have still not received any response from the General Manager. The lack of follow-up or accountability is unacceptable and will be included in my formal complaints to the BBB, South Carolina Consumer Affairs, and other consumer protection agencies.
