The title paperwork was sent to the wrong place, I have had several mechanical issues with the vehicle both on the chassis and the camper side, and the service department has been horrible to say the least at trying to resolve these issues. When you pay over six figures for a product you expect a certain level of quality from the product and professionalism from the organization that sold it. So far I have recieved nethier. It has gotten to the point I am now looking I to SC lemon laws. I have also had to find local repair support as trying to resolve the repairs with Carolona RV has gotten to complicated and frustrating. I would not recommend buying anything from this place.

Prices were pretty standard on new campers and there was a double slide out that was so big and comfortable made rest feel closed in but it was on the higher end price wise.. that's to be expected ..it's always good to look in newer campers because there is so many upgrades in terms of utilizing the space .. lots of options too.. they had pretty big selection.. located right in front of the bogue distillery too so you can go get adult beverage while you consider the options.. lmao..

Our amazing salesman, Devin mentioned a Minnie Winnie that had just been traded in that was being sold for a MAJOR bargain. We headed to look at it and immediately said "no, that's way too big"...we had discussed lengths for months and decided on the 24ft...this one was 32 ft. But, what the heck, might as well look at it. BIG mistake because we fell in love with it. It's a 2017 Minnie Winnie 31G and LOTS of extras for about $10,000 LESS than the 2022 Freedom Elite we were looking at and after much discussion (and listening to my sister help us decide), we decided to go for it. We brought it home yesterday and are planning our first outing already. Lots to learn because we are first time campers. Devin, Patrick in finance, Pete for our "class on what everything is" and Jacob in parts were outstanding. WOW...they made it so easy and we never felt any pressure to do anything. When I asked multiple times, I was brushed off and eventually told "they're just like that." At checkout, concerns were argued instead of addressed. Sales staff showed no interest when I asked about RVs. I left carrying a large boxed item and my dog, without assistance. Very poor in-store experience. They lost a lot of money from me. Besides the couch, I was looking to buy a generator. Also, just like my retail experiences in Garner, they constantly push and overtalk a Good Sam membership.

Then there's the issue that the large slide doesn't go out all the way, or the fact that on delivery they forgot to put the electric cord in the camper so I had to ask for it and wait 20 minutes while they played tag as to who was at fault. OK, maybe being a bit picky, so when I contact them and say I need to replace the fireplace, not looking for any favors because, as they pointed out, when you leave with it, there's no warranty, I just wished to replace the fireplace myself and thought I could get a deal by buying from them. I got; I will get right back to you. That was a couple weeks ago and I'm pretty sure the crickets that I've heard are going to continue. If it weren't for the fact that the rv we got from them was what we were looking for I'd be regretting the purchase. We love our 5th wheel, we just hated the service and bullshit we had to go through.

The findings clearly show the service was either incomplete or never performed: Critically low oil -- no evidence of an oil change ever being done. Cracked, heat-damaged exhaust. Clogged, deteriorated fuel filter. Leak in the main water board due to a damaged fitting. The total cost to correct these issues was $688.83, which we paid out of pocket. I have photo and video documentation of each issue, along with the repair invoice. Despite these findings and repeated outreach, we have still not received any response from the General Manager. The lack of follow-up or accountability is unacceptable and will be included in my formal complaints to the BBB, South Carolina Consumer Affairs, and other consumer protection agencies.

Jeff, Sue and Jeremy helped me out with everything, taught me a few things I didn't know. when I picked up and returned the equipment it was very easy, no hassle. Even though my family damaged one of the units. They where very understanding and worked with me to get the problem resolved .The location is just perfect access to the Interstate. I will definitely be using their services again.
