Largely ignored by the sales team, came with the intention of buying more parts or, just trading in and starting fresh. There was one sales associate who seemed to be a straight shooter.. so I just kept eating my road pop tart and listened intently even though I was really waiting for that TIV report. I never had this issue before. Some made eye contact and kept right on walking by. Maybe it was my tattoos or I just looked like I didn't have the disposable income. Usually you're surrounded by a flock of salesman. Must be new management or owners because the merchandising in store is, lacking something to be desired. I hope they have a solid customer base out here that's not Military, because this dealership is everything I'm NOT looking for in a purchase experience. Same thing happened at new river which is sad because I really liked the guy who worked the parts counter. There are worse things than having to spend a small fortune in motorcycle parts elsewhere. Like Hardknox. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Then there was the one employee who complained about me smelling like the devils lettuce. Within EARSHOT!!! What's frustrating is that the light kit supposedly has a lifetime warranty, yet I was told I would still need to pay for a diagnostic fee just to find out why it isn't working. Their diagnostic rate is $150 per hour. In my opinion, if a part fails that quickly after installation, it should be inspected under warranty without charging the customer just to look at it. On top of that, the customer service experience was disappointing. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the conversation turned into an argument. After spending this kind of money on a motorcycle, I expected better support. I regret purchasing my bike from this dealership and hope others read reviews carefully before deciding to buy here.

I'm normally a…read morecheapo, I'm-gonna-do-it-myself type, but we had a baby with us and my uncle highly recommended getting a service because tents are a pain and Holden Beach requires that they be taken down every night. He was so very right. Every morning, we could look out our window while eating breakfast and see our nice, big, shady tent beckoning us to the beach. We felt a little bad sitting in the shade and watching other families on the beach reluctantly trudge to the beach much later with their tent and struggle to get the thing up and down. They never looked happy with the process. The price was the best in town (by a lot) and they couldn't be more dependable. Plus, the owner is just a delight to work with. I highly recommend. They're a pretty new company and they rent lots of stuff (and run a taxi). Get the service and spend your precious little vacation time actually enjoying vacation. We'll be using them from now on.

I was happy to see that they have several pet friendly properties to choose from and their pet fee was not a bazillion dollars. (Our dog is still unemployed and some of these companies charge up to $300!!!) I reserved a property online late Saturday evening and received a call from a representative at 0900 on Sunday. I wish I remembered the lady's name but she was friendly, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions about the property. We received an email 3 days prior that the property would be ready by 4:30 pm (the usual time is 4:00 pm) I wondered why it was 30 minutes later but we never manage to get the beach before check in time anyway. We were informed that the door code would be provided the day of check-in. We received an early text at at 3:00 pm that the property was ready! We have been vacationing at Carolina Beach for several years. Our property, Tide & Seek was hands down one of the CLEANEST we have ever rented. (I travel with my own cordless vacuum and cleaning supplies - yes I am that kind of special.) It was so nice to not have to clean while unpacking! There was a nice 3 ring binder with all property and local information and little cooler bag with a few extra starter items (paper towels, trash bags, and tissue paper) which are always appreciated. I also liked the fact that I could opt to bring my own towels and linens to save a few dollars instead of having them added to the rental price. Be sure to sign up to receive their emails with specials. They have been running great promos offering gas cards, % off, and offering short stays. Every little bit counts ... so you can go get more Britt's Donuts! We had an issue with our stove a few days into our trip. I called the office and a very nice maintenance guy came out right away. A second electrical repair guy came out a little later, figured out the wiring issue, and was back with part before lunch! He was super nice and very knowledgeable about the area. Talk about fantastic customer service!! We loved pet friendly, Tide & Seek so much that we are already planning to rent the property for our next vacation! Super clean, great location, and fantastic customer service!

We dealt with 5 nights of the renters above us having kids running around, screaming, jumping off furniture, and banging on the floor until 11:30 at night, and doing it again at 7am. We could hear the children jumping off the bed in the bedroom above us. Tried to address it to the renter and they were rude. So we contacted Victory and they did nothing about it. Won't rent from them again.

Not enough bedside tables or small lamps/ nightlights. Not enough hooks on the walls of bedrooms and bathrooms for wet towels and swimsuits. You'll be doing more laundry because there isn't a good place to keep these items when wet. Deck to pool is uneven- easy to trip. You'll share the pool with Side A. I hope you have better luck than we did. Our neighbors never hosed off the sand from their beach visits and rinsed themselves in the pool. What a mess. They took over the whole pool deck with their floats and toys, so we didn't really get to enjoy the pool. First floor and entry has strongly musty smell. I had to clean our bathroom when we arrived. I don't think it had been cleaned after the last renters. Washer dryer on ground floor works very well. Beware you just might bang your head while using the main floor stackable laundry. Has a coffee maker similar to brand Keurig, so go ahead and bring coffee pods.
