We knew it was a warranty issue but just to make sure i was not immediately giving a bill for the service totally understand. While bill me twice if by chance it wasn't covered. I just received a text saying it was covered by warranty. Minus the service call. I paid the 75 dollars. Great deal if you ask me. Very long story but here's my point. This is exactly what I call great customer service. No drama no worries just great service. I received that from Bishs. Thank you so much.

We have been extended stay renting with these folks for the past 7-8 years. We found Joe McMillan and his staff to be outstanding in helping us find the right rental. Joe was extremely open, honest and fair to deal with. I believe Joe represents both the owners and renters equally well. His office staff are a pure joy work with and we are always treated like family. When we arrive, our condo is always cleaned nicely, everything works well and ready for our extended stay. If we have any problems, which we really haven't, their response is quick and the issue resolved right away. I would strongly recommend McMillan for vacation rentals and booking.

They were chatting away to each other while one smoked a cigarette and we asked if they were the salesmen. We ended up talking to the one not smoking (Jerry Quinn) and after telling him specifically what we were looking for, he gave us a quick tour of the new models. Afterwards he sent us out alone into the used section and told us to look around because there were a few more out there that fit our specifications. We had no way of identifying the preferred units without going through each one, and ended up leaving. He also gave us some sketchy information that we later found out was not true. Overall, we were not impressed at all. The salespeople seemed annoyed that we interrupted their conversation and weren't knowledgeable about the products they were representing. The whole experience was like visiting a used car lot. We are ready to buy when we find the right model and will look elsewhere. Can't even imagine trying to negotiate a price with this crowd or trusting them with service later on.

Offered me the fuel dock since it was end of day and figured no one would come in for fuel in aftermath of Tropical Storm Eta (2020). Told me to stay on boat during rain and worry about check-in and payment later. Ended up leaving early in morning before they opened. I called later in day to remit payment for stay and they were so appreciative of that they gave me a discount. Will stay there again if I come back that way. Excellent way to run a business.
