Wyatt, the nicest young man waited on us. Wyatt has such an outstanding personality. Eager to help and go beyond what is expected of him. We feel Dick's is very lucky to have a young man of this caliber working for them. I cannot remember a time in my years of shopping where it was so much fun. His manager, I failed to get his name was also outstanding. Dick's, again is lucky to have him as an employee. We were there on 12-10-2017 between 1:30 to 3:00 pm. I was disappointed when we checked out because that was the end of the fun! We purchased two kayaks, two paddles, and one life jacket. There is a Dick's closer to our home but in the future, we will drive the extra miles because of the positive experience we had today.

After already helping us out, Susan W. came out to help us with our new issue. She brought out Bobby the manager of service and they not only helped with trailering our truck and Arctic Wolf, they gave us new knowledge on safety and maintenance. Outstanding!! Every time we make an appt to bring our camper for repairs you keep it for months and something is always not fixed when we pick it up or something is else is broken. Not to mention we drop it off clean and when we pick it up it takes us hours to clean the dust dirt and filth left behind inside it. We currently have an appointment time for 1pm and arrived a few minutes early to be told that the tech went to lunch and won't be back for an hour when the original appt was made we're told we were waiting on it since they didn't fix the leg jack properly the first time and the tech told us it would take 30 min. On top of that he fixed a flow sensor issue on water heater that was working just had a small leak and when we picked up and went camping the following wknd had NO hot water and when called the collision center was told they couldn't do anything about it u til the following week. Well here we are to have it looked at and now have to wait an hour or more for our 1pm appt time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will NOT buy anything else from camping world

The only negative might be that the prices are not kind to penny pinchers but brand name running shoes are rarely something to skimp on.
