A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! I had previously done business with this company three years prior to this and was very pleased with the paint work they did. Based on this I decided to drive over 300 miles to have them do this latest work that most would consider being a minor auto body and paint repair. (See attached picture). I contacted them in December 2023 for an appointment and was told they could not schedule me in until mid February or March! I made the reservation and took my vehicle in on March 27, 2024 When I first arrived I was presented a couple of forms to sign. After reading them, they basically gave MPT complete and total control of your vehicle while in their possession. Being I had done business here before, unfortunately I trusted them and signed. The horror story had begun as soon as I signed! First The Owner Eric would not respond to my calls asking about the progress being made on my vehicle, always delegating this task to his "Customer Relations Specialist", Bri Lumley The communication from MPT was virtually nonexistent. Any e-mails I had sent if they were responded to were directing me to call the office. It seemed as if they wanted nothing from MPT in writing! Not being able to get any "realistic" progress updates resulted in me at 80 years old to make several over 600 mile round trips from Virginia to "spy" through a fence to see what work if anything was being done on my vehicle! I had made several impromptu attempts over the months to stop in to see Eric the owner, but wad told "oh you just missed him" or "Eric had company in from out of town so he is not here", Etc. I did however get a call from him advising they had a big storm and my coach roof had a "bad" leak. This surprised me as we had never had seen any leaks in our roof before? It was suggested we desperately needed a whole new roof at a cost of 13K - 15K and MPT specializes it roof these replacements. I advised MPT to just finish the original work it was brought in for and I would address the roof at a later date. I was also informed my chassis batteries were shot and had to be replaced. Yes these were old but they worked fine when we took it to MPT. Doesn't surprise me they were shot after sitting there for over five months and not having any shore power hooked up to keep them charged! Oh by the way they wanted me to know they had "Fried" my factory installed Trikal Charge and that was ruined as well! But the Good news was they had installed two new Interstate Batteries for me at their cost! Those with the cost they charged to install them was another $332.78!! By the way when I got home I found they were NOT the quality Interstate Batteries as I was told, but instead much lower grade batteries from O'Reilly Auto Parts, another falsehood! A hurricane was bearing down on Myrtle Beach and they finally said they had finished the work on my motor coach. Since I hadn't told them to proceed with installing a new roof, I ask if they could possibly put some plastic over where they said the roof had a hole in it because of the heavy rain as expected. They said they wished they could help but nothing they could do for me. Their documents state "they will take care of your property as if it were their own". Don't believe that! After almost FIVE months and paying them over $15,000, I was finally able to recover my motor coach out of MPT! (The original Preliminary estimate was approximately $9,200) I proceeded to pay them for the Batteries I had to buy and the remainder of my deductible and was immediately told they don't take checks? Not what their web site states? They would only take a credit card of course there would be another 5 % for the credit card! At last I was able to get my coach back to Virginia! It was bug (Gnat) infested, some interior/exterior panels as they took off were not replaced. The roof that was in desperate need of repair has been fixed by a reputable RV tech who replaced the AC unit cover shroud at a total cost of $200.00! Otherwise he states the roof in is excellent condition. As far as the paint work I received, yes it was good, but many other Coach repair Centers also do good work. In my opinion, doing business with MPT was certainly not worth all the months of aggravation they put an 80 year old man through whose wife is recovering from a stroke. I would never take anything I own to them ever again! Please be Advised.

They are rude and do shoddy work. Not helpful. Ask for overpriced services without delivery on promised solutions.

We purchased a 2019 5th wheel and realized it was used and leather would have issues, and components may be tired, but when you ask how the fireplace works and they skip by it and say good, but the remote is not available at the moment when what they mean is, "NO, it doesn't work, that tends to irk me. Then there's the issue that the large slide doesn't go out all the way, or the fact that on delivery they forgot to put the electric cord in the camper so I had to ask for it and wait 20 minutes while they played tag as to who was at fault. OK, maybe being a bit picky, so when I contact them and say I need to replace the fireplace, not looking for any favors because, as they pointed out, when you leave with it, there's no warranty, I just wished to replace the fireplace myself and thought I could get a deal by buying from them. I got; I will get right back to you. That was a couple weeks ago and I'm pretty sure the crickets that I've heard are going to continue. If it weren't for the fact that the rv we got from them was what we were looking for I'd be regretting the purchase. We love our 5th wheel, we just hated the service and bullshit we had to go through.

The findings clearly show the service was either incomplete or never performed: Critically low oil -- no evidence of an oil change ever being done. Cracked, heat-damaged exhaust. Clogged, deteriorated fuel filter. Leak in the main water board due to a damaged fitting. The total cost to correct these issues was $688.83, which we paid out of pocket. I have photo and video documentation of each issue, along with the repair invoice. Despite these findings and repeated outreach, we have still not received any response from the General Manager. The lack of follow-up or accountability is unacceptable and will be included in my formal complaints to the BBB, South Carolina Consumer Affairs, and other consumer protection agencies.

However, My Extended Warranty Listed Campers Inn As Accepting My Warranty And They Could Get Me In Right Away, Thus I Happily Chose Them. . After Speaking With Service Manager Christian In Reference To The Poor, Inept And Lack Of Service I Was Receiving From Jamie Rosicki, He Took Over And Swiftly Got Me Rolling.
