Because of the mistake the O'Reilly's employee made, I don't feel safe in my car, and never know if I'll be stranded.

Manager "Stan" tells me "oil change is done, it's in line for tire rotation." Okay so I show him the email confirming my 10am appointment, it's now 11am. Next thing I know I see the car in the shop with the hood up. So I go to "Stan" and ask what was going on. And he tells me the tire rotation was already done and they were now doing the oil change. So 9am appt was being done after 11am. Then they charge me for tire rotation, even after I let them know prior that I have lifetime warranty and it should be no charge. Finally home at 12 noon. Unacceptable.

Few weeks after, a light for AWD displayed on my dash. I took it to East Cost Honda and they told me Advance did not sell me differential fluid they sold me gear fluid. Honda had to flush out my vehicle and in result of that caused damages few hundred dollars worth. Cameron was not the best to work with and only provided at par service with the situation. Graham Brewer wasn't helpful either. Unfortunately, I had to get my attorney involved because Cameron lied about sending me a check for the damages and other things such as lost time from work ect... I took my 2019 Ford Ranger to Beach Ford in Myrtle Beach for a 70,000 mile transmission fluid flush and a couple other things spent over $3000 2 1/2 months later I started hearing this strange noise. On the third month I started to get this jerking and hesitation. At first, I thought it was just a bad gas. On the 4 month my transmission light came on. I looked underneath my truck and I had this fluid everywhere. I took it to the dealership, Beach Ford. Jon the man behind the counter was so rude and so inconsiderate. He told me that it will take about 3 to 4 days to look at. I asked him if I could use a loaner car, he immediately jumped and said no. I explained to him that I need to get to work. He replied back to me and said I'm sorry, but that's not my problem. I immediately went on my phone and started looking for a rental vehicle. Unfortunately, I can't not remember the man that worked in the loaner vehicle department. He asked me if I needed a loaner and he was extremely nice and grateful and set me up with a loaner within 30 minutes. The rude man, Jon called me about four hours later and told me that I need a new transmission $9600. It's going to cost. I immediately went back to Beach Ford can I explain to him? I just had my vehicle serviced in here and they flushed out the transmission. Again, he was rude and told me that's not my issue. You just have a bad transmission. Now I am looking for a transmission repair replacement shop. I don't think I will ever come back to Beach Ford again.
