They were willing to fix the problem instead of replacing our 2019 Jayco Greyhawk refrigerator like other places suggested. ‍ We got a call back within a few days, and they told us the refrigerator was working fine, thanks to my spouse's electrical panel replacement . We appreciated their honesty and are looking forward to using their services again for any future RV repairs .

We had such an amazing experience with Beach Buick GMC, and we truly can't thank them enough for…read morehelping our family! We worked with Nick Rahner, and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came in with a pretty complicated situation, a camper we wanted to trade, a broken-down truck that had been sitting for months after the engine blew, and a baby arriving in just ONE week. On top of that, my husband is a firefighter, so our schedules have been absolutely crazy. Nick was so patient, understanding, and genuinely worked with us to figure out a solution that made sense for our family. He helped us navigate trading both the camper and the broken-down truck and get into a reliable, working truck that fit within our price range. We never felt pressured, and it really felt like he cared about helping us find something that actually worked for us rather than just making a sale. Evan in finance was also awesome! He worked hard to get everything where we needed it to be financially and made the whole process as smooth as possible. We left feeling so relieved and grateful. With our baby girl arriving any day now, having a reliable second vehicle means so much to our family. And as if the experience couldn't get any better, they even sent us home with a free hat and tumbler! Huge thank you to Nick, Evan, and everyone at Beach Buick GMC for taking such great care of us. We genuinely appreciate everything you did to help our family during such a hectic and important time in our lives. If you're looking for a dealership that will actually work with you and treat you like a person, we highly recommend them!

Luckily, I hadn't needed any repairs, or I would have had them done there as well. When I moved to Myrtle Beach last year, I planned on building a similar relationship with Hadwin White. I had my first maintenance done in November and was pleased. When my starter died, I arranged to have it towed to Hadwin White for repairs. I called to make sure I could pick up a loaner before I jumped in the tow truck to ride to Conway from Myrtle Beach. I spoke with Christine and Alison and neither one could promise me one of the two loaner cars they had on the lot at 3:00 in the afternoon. I was told I needed to have it evaluated before they could give me a loaner car and could not provide a car even though I had a dead starter and a 4:00 pm appointment for the next day. As the tow truck was pulling my car away, Alison called back and said I could have a loaner car if I agreed to a $155 diagnostic. At that point, I'd already made arrangements to have it towed to an independent garage. I'd paid a premium in the past to work with the service department at a dealership because they provided a premium service at a premium price. Hadwin White put an end to that.

But I'm here and okay. Also we are from NY, and moved to the area a year ago and haven't used body shops yet. Location is key because this shop is near bjs. Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!
