RV Rescue came to our rescue! We had a propane leak that another mobile rv service did not repair…read more No hot water, no heat with unseasonably cold weather! We called RV Rescue and they were onsite at the campground the same day! What a relief when we realized they knew their stuff. They assessed the problem onsite , called around for parts, and squeezed us in the next morning at their shop to do actual repair. Aaron and Tucker were amazing and knowledgeable. Great display of southern hospitality and concern. They replaced the regulator and double and triple checked for leaks. We were good to go. We were impressed with the courteous service; Tucker did a free visual inspection of our roof and took pictures of potential issues down the road. He also offered several tips on our thermostat operations and recommend future upgrade for ease of use. We highly recommend RV Rescue!

We rented a 2016 31' RV with MTRV for our stay at a resort in Myrtle Beach. It was set up at the…read morecamp site before we arrived, as we had purchased that service, which was convenient. The RV itself was not very clean when we arrived. It was also pretty beat up. So, we ended up having to wipe down everything and wash all the dishes right away. The pleather on the couch and booth was falling apart. So bad that we had to lay sheets on it all so we could sit without getting covered in black flakes. The floor had a tear in the vinyl. Couldn't do anything about that, which was pretty annoying to catch a foot on every day. The outside mini fridge was broken and it took multiple emails over a couple of days for them to finally replace it. The 31' RV was a good size for our family of five with an occasional visitor. We won't rent from this company next time.

When I asked the owner (Tom) what this was for, he said it must be an error and it was a phantom charge through Outdoorsy, his booking platform. Tom said he'd put in a ticket. In contacting Outdoorsy, I learned he'd purposely withheld the money as a "cleaning fee," although this was never disclosed and I left the RV clean. They already charge a prep fee, which their website reflects includes "interior cleaning" - so in addition to withholding money from my security deposit intentionally and lying about it, he double dipped on the cleaning costs. Extremely dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
