Beautiful, clean and spacious store and show room. My friends and I stopped in while passing by to browse and we bought some merchandise. The one gentleman we spoke with was welcoming and friendly and provided us a ton of information on some of the bikes he saw us checking out. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

Beach House Harley-Davidson - Motorcycle Repair Near Me - Shallotte, North Carolina

A very small and out dated Harley Davidson dealership. They have a much larger clothing selection than they do motorcycles for certain. Very surprised this location has not done any updating or expanding. It's in need to say the least. However, the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Located right on the main drag, access to this store can be difficult when traffic is heavy. read more

Called these guys to setup getting a new rear tire installed on my 1994 HD Electraglide Classic. The manager informed me that their technicians are not comfortable working on a bike that old. He then told me they could do it as long as they also changed out the wheel bearings and seals. Then he called back and left me a message to say they have decided they can't do the job after all. A Harley Davidson dealership that doesn't feel comfortable servicing it's own product line should be embarrassed. read more

My wife and I recently moved from Maryland to SC and of course I immediately starting looking for a dealer to service our bike when needed. I had a recall and had been on a waiting list in Maryland for months. We live close to two other dealerships and I went to one and asked about getting the recall taken care of. Again I was placed on a waiting list and advised they would call when they had the parts in and reached my name on the list. I asked several riders that I know in this area and most recommended Beach House Harley Davidson in Shallotte. I call and was immediately told, we have the parts for that recall bring it on in. The service writer made an appointment for two day from he day I called, impressed. Upon arrival, a service writer graciously met with me and listened to my concerns, and didn't bat an eye when I explained I didn't buy the bike there and this was my first time in their dealership. Because the bike had also been sitting for a few months (I was on the road for work from June through October) he agreed to do a post storage inspection, but expected my bike to be ready in two days. Ok, happy so far. Two days later I get a call from the service writer, (apologize I don't remember his name at this writing). He explained the recall was complete but the technician noticed an issue with the oil pump when he was doing the test ride and inspection. He asked if they could keep the bike for a few additional days, they were waiting on a new oil pump. (You owners of pre-2020 M8 motors know what I am talking about). Three days later I get a call that me bike is ready. They completed the recall, replaced the oil pump, which meant an oil change, conducted a safety inspection and gave me back a clean bike, all no charge. Yep everything was either covered by the recall or warranty. And not once did anyone try to talk me into extra work or parts. Wife and and returned to this dealer a few weeks later for their open house. Again every employee we dealt with there was polite and patiently answered any question we asked and eagerly showed us around "their dealership." My wife and I have been riding H-D's for over 30 years and remember the "Take it or leave it" mentality of the dealers when H-D has waiting lines to order even Sportsters. And honestly in a lot of places that mentality hasn't changed. Not so at Beach House H-D, they are pleasant, professional, and seem to understand that owning a H-D is a want not a need. Won't hesitated to return their for service, and my next bike purchase. And would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an unpretentious H-D dealership. read more

We visit every HD everywhere we go. We are on vacation here from California and this is the 4th location in NC/SC on our trip. Everyone at each location has been so friendly with the exception of this one. Never have my husband and I ever been to a HD and been treated so rudely. The female employee and 2 male employees on the showroom floor failed to say one single word to us despite seeing us looking around (looking for specific merchandise), highly recommend avoiding this location. Rude employees. read more

I live in Myrtle Beach, but this is my go to Harley Davidson dealership, their prices are reasonable and they have lots of accessories in stock. Verdi in the parts department is knowledgable and goes the extra mile. Harley Davidson dealerships vary regarding good and bad, Beach House is good!!! read more

Just wanted to add my two cents, I felt it necessary because I was just stopping by their shop today and as Murphy's Law would have it I broke down pulling into their driveway with a cracked exhaust pipe. I was recently disabled and started to panic. Chris Brown the service manager said pull it in and lets see what we have here. Chris could not of been more nicer and helpful great guy and very professional he even got me a ride home from Jeff another great guy . Thank you so much Chris and Jeff, I highly recommend this Harley shop in Shallotte as well as their other shop in Wilmington Nc with Ben. All great guys.... read more

I've been taking my Ultra Classic to Beach House for years, Jim in the service department is phenomenal; always friendly, always professional, always accommodating. Purchased a Wide Glide for my son off craigslist, took it in for an oil change, had I done it myself, I would not have noticed a missing nut in the triple tree! The Technician saved my sons life! To top it off, the Detailers made it look brand new. I live in Myrtle, I will only go to Beach House, it's worth the ride. read more

Horrible service department. It took over three hours to have a new tire put on and a new battery installed -- and that was with my having an appointment time. Hate to think what would have happened without an appointment. No excuse for such slow service. Is this typical for Harley dealerships???? read more

Great dealership! The service department is outstanding.

They simply don't get better than these guys. Honest - sincere - no bull shit. More than fair bike prices; no pressure and a service department that's 2nd to none. I live in Myrtle Beach and will never buy or have a bike serviced by either of their two showroom locations. No further comment. read more
