What a great job the did...damn near died
    Robert M.

So took my bike to hard Knox, had two new tires mounted. Didn't really have time or weather to ride after I get it back..so finally ride it has death wobble, took it back, couple other things fixed. Took way too long in shop to minor stuff They said front wheel was off balance, charged me to fix it. Got back on road. Start riding more damn some oil was on side of bike thought maybe break fluid...put new O rings in. Ride bike today something not ride. PICTURE BELOW Lucky I am not dead...took to friend works on bikes retired, he looks at it and said no way hardknox did not see this, they took wheel off twice... Total bullshit....never ever would recommend them

Richard answered the phone and he said no problem and hooked me up with Mike from Cape Fear Cartage towing.

Change in engine size is barely perceptible even with performance enhancing mods. Largely ignored by the sales team, came with the intention of buying more parts or, just trading in and starting fresh. There was one sales associate who seemed to be a straight shooter.. so I just kept eating my road pop tart and listened intently even though I was really waiting for that TIV report. I never had this issue before. Some made eye contact and kept right on walking by. Maybe it was my tattoos or I just looked like I didn't have the disposable income. Usually you're surrounded by a flock of salesman. Must be new management or owners because the merchandising in store is, lacking something to be desired. I hope they have a solid customer base out here that's not Military, because this dealership is everything I'm NOT looking for in a purchase experience. Same thing happened at new river which is sad because I really liked the guy who worked the parts counter. There are worse things than having to spend a small fortune in motorcycle parts elsewhere. Like Hardknox. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Then there was the one employee who complained about me smelling like the devils lettuce. Within EARSHOT!!! I looked right at her and she would not look up at me. She must have forgotten she's not trolling someone behind a keyboard.

Less than a month later and with under 1,000 miles on the bike, the light strip they installed stopped working. What's frustrating is that the light kit supposedly has a lifetime warranty, yet I was told I would still need to pay for a diagnostic fee just to find out why it isn't working. Their diagnostic rate is $150 per hour. In my opinion, if a part fails that quickly after installation, it should be inspected under warranty without charging the customer just to look at it. On top of that, the customer service experience was disappointing. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the conversation turned into an argument. After spending this kind of money on a motorcycle, I expected better support. I regret purchasing my bike from this dealership and hope others read reviews carefully before deciding to buy here.

The bonus- customer service like it used to be and should be elsewhere, personable and professional. The go to shop for anything I can't do with the RT.

Poor attention to detail and lack of follow through. Think twice!!…read more I had an initial good conversation with Peter on inspecting and rebuilding/resealing my R50/5 transmission. Upon receiving it back, I was billed for a seal that wasn't replaced, there was a poorly installed output seal (that would have severely leaked), and vice grip/pliers marks on my shift lever. I also noticed a good sized crack on my output drive flange. After another conversation, Peter got the tranny back...This was now to repair his poor craftsmanship and lack of attention to detail. He replaced the seals, but failed to address the cracked drive flange - He reinstalled in on the new seal. Note: This was pointed out to him with a note in the shipping box, through email with photos, and via text. It took several days to get a response from Peter after receiving the transmission back a second time. He said he would offer a new flange at a "good price." After a few attempts to get in touch with him again, he never responded. This was a frustrating experience that made me question the whole inspection process. Also, don't pay with Zelle as you have no recourse on the payment if services weren't' delivered as promised.
