What is now pissing me off is that about 4 weeks ago I went to the car wash sud stop in NMB and the one panel came off my van. The screws had snapped and whatever glue he used didn't hold. I tried to get sud stop to pay to repair it but they refuse now I have to go back to mycos to figure out how to get this fixed AGAIN. It's also now all scratched up from the car wash when it wasn't scratched at all since it was a new panel. It's not an aftermarket piece. But sudstop is saying it is and refused to even do anything!!!

I was able to get my car back w/i 4 business days. The finish and paint job made my 2021 car look like new. I posted the after for the car door. I would definitely recommend this place!

I really can't speak highly enough about the Father-son partners that own the shop. They did a great job at a way more reasonable price and a very reasonable time frame. They even did a few things at no cost. We even had them do our oil change service since it was time. Couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be back with any car repairs we have come up that they can do. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

When I walked in, I noticed a sign on the door stating that appointments were required for quotes. Penny, who was at the front desk, asked if I could come back the next afternoon. She kindly offered to see if someone could take a look at it. Josh came over to assess the damage. He thought it could be fixed, though he had some reservations about one specific spot. He decided to give it a try, and to my amazement, it came out beautifully. He wouldn't let me pay him at all! I can't express how relieved I was, especially since my car is only a month old. This visit was a bit different. The circumstances leading to the needed repairs were different. The outcome was better than expected. I have a 2015 Nissan Juke that I've had over 10 years and I take great care of it. 3 years ago we moved from the mountains to Myrtle Beach. The heat and salt air caused a bubble to form on the hood of the car. It was filled with water. I popped the bubble to drain the water and the damage got worse. It looked awful. I wish I would have taken a before picture. I thought I was going to have to have the whole car repainted. Nope. I took it in to SC and Daghan said, "no problem." The cost was minimal and less than a week later I picked the car up. His communication is amazing. I didn't have to make any calls to remind him I was waiting. The work done? Flawless. It looks AMAZING. Honestly better than the day I got it. I HIGHLY recommend Daghan and his crew at Socastee Collision. You won't be disappointed.

He said he would cut out the rust around the fuel tank and replace it with good sheet metal. In less than a year after he finished my car, the rust reappeared at the fuel tank. He did a very poor job painting my car, and if you are considering having Tim paint your car, I would think long and hard before you hire Tim. I will never recommend Tim to anyone, as you can not trust what he says. I assume that you want to feel total confidence in the person you choose to work on your car, and I wouldn't trust Tim Phillips to paint my lawn mower. You have been warned. Sam E. Smith, Jr.
