This visit was a bit different. The circumstances leading to the needed repairs were different. The outcome was better than expected. I have a 2015 Nissan Juke that I've had over 10 years and I take great care of it. 3 years ago we moved from the mountains to Myrtle Beach. The heat and salt air caused a bubble to form on the hood of the car. It was filled with water. I popped the bubble to drain the water and the damage got worse. It looked awful. I wish I would have taken a before picture. I thought I was going to have to have the whole car repainted. Nope. I took it in to SC and Daghan said, "no problem." The cost was minimal and less than a week later I picked the car up. His communication is amazing. I didn't have to make any calls to remind him I was waiting. The work done? Flawless. It looks AMAZING. Honestly better than the day I got it. I HIGHLY recommend Daghan and his crew at Socastee Collision. You won't be disappointed.

But I'm here and okay. Also we are from NY, and moved to the area a year ago and haven't used body shops yet. Location is key because this shop is near bjs. Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!

I waited a week to tell her so it wouldn't ruin her Thanksgiving holiday. After getting a recommendation from the local parts store and reading reviews on line I decided to get an estimate from Derrell's for the repair. I'm not sure who I talked to, but he seemed like the owner -maybe Mike? I mean that as a compliment because he was down to earth, just like one of the employees, not an authoritative owner type. He walked out with me to my car and looked at the dent in my hood then went inside and got one of his technicians (coworkers) who buffed the dent to asses the condition of the paint. Fortunately the paint was still good underneath the scuff and we decided it could be fixed by popping the dent out. He called his dent specialist and found out that he was in the Myrtle Beach area (where I live) on Mondays. This he thought would be easier and save a trip to Conway for me. Meanwhile the technician also buffed out some scuffs on my rear bumper. With the business card of his dent repair specialist in hand I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing.
