Had some minor paint issues and both numbers had some significant deep scratches. They did excellent job making my 2018 BMW look brand new. Also put me in touch with Harrison detailing to really complete the look. Took couple days longer than originally suggested but worth the wait. Only very slight con is tough to get them on the phone. I brought my car in for an estimate on the rear bumper where there was paint rubbed off from scraping my garage. The owner's wife Pam was so kind that she checked that area with paint thinner and that got rid of all of the damage. She refused to take any money from me. I have been debating on writing this. Even trying to hold off completely. Give the staff a chance to do "damage control" or make up for their service. Since they have not and it continues, I have been left with no choice. My 2016 Silverado came to the shop the morning of April 28, 2023. I slide off into a ditch during a dark morning storm. I had front bumper and suspension damage, requiring them to also completely replace my 6-inch lift kit. Today marks 10 WEEKS that I still do not have my vehicle back. I have made multiple trips to the shop in person. I have reported them to Geico my insurance company. I have had to call numerous times to ask what the holdup is and also leave more than one voicemail. They rarely ever answer the phone. When I do speak to a real person, I'm told someone (owners' wife) will call me and she doesn't. Or I am told they are waiting on "just one more part". This is the same story each week, "waiting on another part". I went in to check on the status for the first time after they had it for 4 weeks. It had been sitting in the same place, not having been inspected or even moved. The few updates I have been able to get out of them, I was told my lift kit was "on back order". If they had not waited over a month to even order parts, we may not of had this issue. If the shop is too busy to get to or complete jobs in a timely manner that should be relayed to customers immediately. I even explained my plight to the owner's wife, that I am a single mom, that has to work full-time. I have no rental coverage, so I am paying out of pocket for a rental for the past 10 weeks. But every week, if I actually speak with anyone it's a new story with a longer waiting period. I am now head under water in debt paying for 2 vehicles. Credit cards maxed. Cash loans out. I called and left a voicemail on Wednesday with no return call. My father went to the shop yesterday (a Thursday). He spoke with Darrell who again described this back order and awaiting more parts. He again gave a further deadline (possibly next week?) and assured my father that his wife would call me Friday (today) with updates. Never got a call back. Still waiting for my vehicle. 10 weeks, going on 11 is so beyond patient and reasonable. Despite the significant financial damage this has caused me, I am more greatly disappointed in the complete lack of communication. They have really dropped the ball at something so easily avoidable. read more

Just got back from Derrell"s Body Shop where I had a very pleasant experience. While working in my garage I had dropped a jack stand on the hood of my wife's, new to her, 2016 Mazda Miata. I waited a week to tell her so it wouldn't ruin her Thanksgiving holiday. After getting a recommendation from the local parts store and reading reviews on line I decided to get an estimate from Derrell's for the repair. I'm not sure who I talked to, but he seemed like the owner -maybe Mike? I mean that as a compliment because he was down to earth, just like one of the employees, not an authoritative owner type. He walked out with me to my car and looked at the dent in my hood then went inside and got one of his technicians (coworkers) who buffed the dent to asses the condition of the paint. Fortunately the paint was still good underneath the scuff and we decided it could be fixed by popping the dent out. He called his dent specialist and found out that he was in the Myrtle Beach area (where I live) on Mondays. This he thought would be easier and save a trip to Conway for me. Meanwhile the technician also buffed out some scuffs on my rear bumper. With the business card of his dent repair specialist in hand I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. After my car was damaged in an accident, I took it to Darrell's for repair. I was very impressed with the service that I received. Pam was very professional and worked with my insurance co., to make sure my car was repaired the right way. Being in an accident is always stressful. Having damage to your car is more stress, but Pam and Mike made the entire process a lot easier to handle. Their crew did an excellent job repairing my car, and the front end looks brand new!!! When I went to pick up my car, I discovered the car rental place had closed early. I didn't know what to do, but Pam didn't hesitate to help me with that situation.
