I have a 2015 Nissan Juke that I've had over 10 years and I take great care of it. 3 years ago we moved from the mountains to Myrtle Beach. The heat and salt air caused a bubble to form on the hood of the car. It was filled with water. I popped the bubble to drain the water and the damage got worse. It looked awful. I wish I would have taken a before picture. I thought I was going to have to have the whole car repainted. Nope. I took it in to SC and Daghan said, "no problem." The cost was minimal and less than a week later I picked the car up. His communication is amazing. I didn't have to make any calls to remind him I was waiting. The work done? Flawless. Neither diagnosis was correct, as I took my vehicle to the dealership and another location , and they found no problems with either meant to rim or wheelbarring issues. It has now been over six months and no problems, as it was , they tires that were not rounded, and they were replaced at no charge from another tire dealership. I noticed that the brake fluid was a dark brown and asked about that. The Tech Cody suggested that I might want to flush the system when I have the work done. His demeanor was such that he was not expecting me to have the work done at the moment. No pressure sales pitch! I told him to go ahead and do it. Service was performed as requested. I purchased brakes on 11/22 and got the best warranty that they offered, which was 60,000 miles. I noticed my right brake was making noise so I took it in to be looked at. Shortly after they took the car in, they called me in, and the tech (EJ) explained that the noise was coming from the brake pad, but also pointed out that although the rotor on the rear back is showing some signs of wearing down. He suggested that I replace all 4, and I said no thank you, since the problem was the brake pad. He then stated that they could put the pads on but would then void the warranty. So I said that was fine. Within minutes, the district manager called me in and said they wouldn't fix it at all unless I got the rotors as well. I asked, if the problem is with pad, why would I do that. And asked to speak with someone from the corporate. They then gave me that number. I called and they called me back about 30 minutes later. I spoke with a person called Dexter, and he was the most rude person that I have ever encountered as a customer service person. So much so that he told me that he is not responsible for how I feel. I pointed out the if the pads are the problem, but you will not replace them, unless I spend another $500 on something that isn't truly needed. So in fact the warranty wasn't any good, unless I buy. Then a call came into that office and the so called owner wanted to speak with me. In stead of saying i'm sorry for the misunderstanding, she threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave.
