This visit was a bit different. The circumstances leading to the needed repairs were different. The outcome was better than expected. I have a 2015 Nissan Juke that I've had over 10 years and I take great care of it. 3 years ago we moved from the mountains to Myrtle Beach. The heat and salt air caused a bubble to form on the hood of the car. It was filled with water. I popped the bubble to drain the water and the damage got worse. It looked awful. I wish I would have taken a before picture. I thought I was going to have to have the whole car repainted. Nope. I took it in to SC and Daghan said, "no problem." The cost was minimal and less than a week later I picked the car up. His communication is amazing. I didn't have to make any calls to remind him I was waiting. The work done? Flawless. It looks AMAZING. Honestly better than the day I got it. I HIGHLY recommend Daghan and his crew at Socastee Collision. You won't be disappointed.

I would seriously not trust them to put gasoline into your gas tank. they might try to pour it into your exhaust pipe. and that alone might take a week to accomplish. After I called the police, the lawyer, and finally signed a bumpkinesque version of an NDA (effective tonight at midnight - lol), they allowed me to have my truck towed off of their property and away from the Port-O-Let. They graciously waived a $1,300 storage fee (which magically appeared after I threatened to sue them and after I used some sailor jargon to describe their operation - at this point I had blown my own gasket, personally). They waived the newly discovered $1,300 fee in exchange for me signing the document. The document says that "They are not responsible." You ain't just whistlin' Dixie there,boys. I am inclined to concur. So tonight, half of the engine is in my front seat. I hired them to change out a blown head gasket... A MONTH AGO!! I had the truck towed to an actual mechanic who is familiar with motor vehicles and their parts. they were amazed at the utter ineptitude. bolts without nuts, wires cut, gaskets improperly installed, timing belt not in time (!!!)... I could go on... I have photos, videos and texts. They sold me on a low price. It cost me 2 paychecks and my truck. I cannot sue them. Save yourself!! AVOID!!!

I waited a week to tell her so it wouldn't ruin her Thanksgiving holiday. After getting a recommendation from the local parts store and reading reviews on line I decided to get an estimate from Derrell's for the repair. I'm not sure who I talked to, but he seemed like the owner -maybe Mike? I mean that as a compliment because he was down to earth, just like one of the employees, not an authoritative owner type. He walked out with me to my car and looked at the dent in my hood then went inside and got one of his technicians (coworkers) who buffed the dent to asses the condition of the paint. Fortunately the paint was still good underneath the scuff and we decided it could be fixed by popping the dent out. He called his dent specialist and found out that he was in the Myrtle Beach area (where I live) on Mondays. This he thought would be easier and save a trip to Conway for me. Meanwhile the technician also buffed out some scuffs on my rear bumper. With the business card of his dent repair specialist in hand I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. As I walked out the door he told me to practice safe jack stand handling techniques in the future. Dustin
