They…read morelowered it so low that when I sat on it and bounced the shock would hit the stop, they had to redo it which seemed to piss the mechanic off, I asked them if they measured it and they said no, they wanted me to ride it like that for a while and I refused. Also had the oil changed and when I got it home which is 7 miles from Combat Cycles, I checked the oil and it was completely black, I was at the shop first thing the next morning to confront Jim about this and was told that the mechanic said it was changed and sometimes the oil will be black. I stopped by the Harley dealership and showed them the oil and the mechanic there said it looked to be (1000 mile) oil and was suspect that it had been changed, however Combat Cycle did put a new oil filter on to filter the black oil. I changed the oil myself today and rode some, came back home check the oil and it was clear. I would have given 0 stars but that's not available. You people draw your own conclusion, needless to say I won't be back! Posted below is their oil next to mine........

They don't have a hostess that's going to greet you with smiles and hugs.. these men are busy.. they don't have time for your small talk.. they get you in.. and they get you out.. their work was excellent and they even found other things that was wrong and fixed that also!! If you don't like the looks of their shop.. well.. I suggest you bring a mop and bucket and you can clean to your satisfaction while you wait!! .. their shop has nothing to do with their work.. they know what they are doing.. and they do it well!!

I come into this Harley every other week in hopes of finding these exact same gloves on…read moresale--specifically these gloves, since they are super comfortable and have an awesome design. When I came into the store on Friday, January 16, I was very excited to see a tag in the back clearly reading $35.00, so I asked the lady at the store if they were having a sale. She was unsure, so she took them and scanned them. They rang up at the original price they had been. I asked her if the store could honor the price shown, but she declined and stated that she didn't have the power to do that. I understand if the sticker was a random one that had been placed there, but the rest of the same gloves all had the exact same sticker reading $35.00. Needless to say, I asked if she could contact her manager and ask if they could honor the price. She declined and said she didn't want to bother her manager since she was a busy person and was spending time with her husband. I understood and accepted the fact that I had caught their mistake in labeling the price, but I still felt cheated out of a deal. She did offer me a 10% military discount, but that gets me nowhere near what the displayed price would have been. I also wasn't planning on buying them all--I just wanted one pair, and I would have been a happy camper. The worker was holding the gloves in the picture, by the way. I guess she couldn't believe it either, and she works there. Update: Harley apparel manager reached out and corrected the miscommunication. I bought the gloves at the price listed and can say I'm satisfied with the superb immediate help on this matter.
