Average bike inventory, guessing what was outside is moved out there weather permitting because no way they fit that on the show room floor. Now the negatives. Was traveling in the area when my 2024 Road Glide broke down, don't need to go into specifics, on Saturday 5/16. Called in and spoke with Haylee, she was friendly and with which ever tech was on that, they did their best to help over the phone. No offer of a tow was given even though it was not needed. I did inform her that would be dropping the bike off Tuesday morning, their next day they are open, and that I would already be a day late getting home at that point. Fast forward to Tuesday morning. Haylee gets my bike checked in and informs me that there was a cancellation so someone would be able to get to my bike soon. Side note, the gentleman that checked in before me was a waiter appointment, this is important in a moment. 6 hours go by and no contact from service. I call and ask for an update. Was informed that no one has touched my bike yet. Was told again, they would get to it soon. This is where the waiter appointment comes in, what happened to that technician or did that waiter appointment wait 6 hours for a recall check and possible some other minor work? For those that don't know, most dealerships won't make waiter appointments for major work, I know this from working with a local dealership and my wife's 7 years experience as a service writer for two different HD dealerships. Fast forward again to 5:30 PM, 30 minutes before the dealership closes. Still no call from them, so once again I call. Bike is on the lift and the tech is pulling codes. I asked to speak to the service manager and express my disappointment in their lack of prioritizing a traveling rider. He claims that all 6 of the technicians were busy all day and could not pulled off the job they were working on. This was their first day back to work after 2 days off and my bike was there at opening. A tech could have been reassigned to my bike before they began work on whatever was still on their lift or starting a new job. This was done several times at our dealership in PA. Told the service manger to call me by 10:00 AM the following morning to provide an update. 9:57 the following morning, he calls. Starts going over what they have found. I informed him to stop all work and that I would be there in a few hours to pick up my bike. With an hourly rate of $140, I did not want them to do any more than what they had done which is significant because when I dropped the bike off it was at least able to start, run and had throttle response. Upon pick up, the bike barely started, had no throttle response and shut off within 30 seconds. This is only positive about this whole experience. Went in close the work order and get the list of codes that were pulled. I was not charged for "2 hours" of labor. Unfortunately, this experience will not have me returning to New River HD upon my yearly visits to the area for anything. Secondly, my brother, fellow rider with several friends and colleagues that ride, local business with multiple connections will no longer recommend New River HD either. Hoping the service manager learns from this and does better in the future with managing his team in meeting the needs of traveling riders.

I come into this Harley every other week in hopes of finding these exact same gloves on…read moresale--specifically these gloves, since they are super comfortable and have an awesome design. When I came into the store on Friday, January 16, I was very excited to see a tag in the back clearly reading $35.00, so I asked the lady at the store if they were having a sale. She was unsure, so she took them and scanned them. They rang up at the original price they had been. I asked her if the store could honor the price shown, but she declined and stated that she didn't have the power to do that. I understand if the sticker was a random one that had been placed there, but the rest of the same gloves all had the exact same sticker reading $35.00. Needless to say, I asked if she could contact her manager and ask if they could honor the price. She declined and said she didn't want to bother her manager since she was a busy person and was spending time with her husband. I understood and accepted the fact that I had caught their mistake in labeling the price, but I still felt cheated out of a deal. She did offer me a 10% military discount, but that gets me nowhere near what the displayed price would have been. I also wasn't planning on buying them all--I just wanted one pair, and I would have been a happy camper. The worker was holding the gloves in the picture, by the way. I guess she couldn't believe it either, and she works there. Update: Harley apparel manager reached out and corrected the miscommunication. I bought the gloves at the price listed and can say I'm satisfied with the superb immediate help on this matter.

I wanted to write an honest review about my experience at this transmission specialist Bob and his…read moreteam at Crom. I showed up with a transmission that had been, at quite an expense to myself been rebuilt in a faulty manner which no one wanted to touch. I had been ripped off and after spending 4.2K on what was supposed to be a 'high performance' transmission from Monster Transmission I couldn't even use first gear out of the box from Monster, and had a blinking O/D light. I am about to deploy and I didn't have time to wait another 6 weeks for a turn around to send it to FL and then get MAYBE a non-defective product. Bob sat in the vehicle with me and saw the codes that I was getting and that the gear shift solenoids were shifting properly. After pulling the valve body and determining that it wasn't the valve body that was faulty, I made the decision to have him pull the transmission and rebuilt it AGAIN.  This was after I saw how many other customers had been ripped off by monster transmissions. I mean I had to REALLY dig to find it on the internet and I regretted I didn't see the reviews sooner.  What he found was absolutely unbelievable. The clutch packs which was out of tolerance of .01 x4 which was the main culprit preventing first gear from working but also a blown out valve plug a broken, deep pan bracket which he had to fabricate a fix for, corrosion on the 'replaced high performance shims', There was another section that had been installed 180degrees from Ford Specifications as well. Bob felt so bad for me after 3 days of troubleshooting and rebuilding even though he replaced all the rusted pieces and parts that they had 'replaced' at monster free of cost to me. Can you believe that Bob found that monster transmissions had put in rusted components into a transmission!? SMH for monster trans. I digress, He re-shimmed everything else back to spec and the transmission is very nice.  He had pictures and showed me in person all the replaced components as well. There was no mystery as to what he had installed and it was an honest and transparent experience.  I wish I had the sense to just have sought out Crom from the beginning! I would have been back on the road within 2 weeks with his 2 year unlimited mile warranty and not spent twice that for a piece of junk that was just painted nice! It now has positive firm shifts and it operates as it should. I don't know if I'll be re-funded by monster but I now trust Crom transmissions to rebuilt my transmissions. I know that Bob rebuilding my transmission and unraveling the problems was tough but he solved it and I'm as happy as I can be and I know that he could have charged me much more for the parts that he had to replace. he loves what he does and the whole shop was awesome to work with as well! I came out 500-800 ahead and only paid for labor.  I trust these guys they are professional and love what they do! Happy to do business with them again in the future. Now a loyal customer!
