Postal Pal in Goose Creek I had a bad experience, very, very poor customer service. We always try to support local businesses in our town and so we can take this business off our list. One of the services that they advertise on the front of their building is making signs. I took in a small already fabricated metal sign on Thursday with a copy of what we wanted to put on the sign. I went back in on Tuesday mid morning just to see if there was any progress the and if they had a proof. They lost the sign in the store so I stood around for 30 minutes while they looked for it. Then I was told another employee will be in at 10:30 that may know where it was so I decided to head back over at 10:45. Once in the store, I was totally ignored by the lady that was the one that actually took my order. She was within 6 feet from me, didn't say a word and she went straight to the back room never to be seen again. That left one lady at the counter, waiting on multiple customers as they came in while the gentleman was preoccupied with something else. I was able to get his attention after 30 minutes and asked him if I could speak to him in private. That other employee ended up showing at 11:30 went back behind the counter and then all of a sudden the gentleman reached up on the shelf and I heard him say here it is. Handed it to her, and then she came over, laid it on the counter in front of me. No apology ! They just continued to go about their business. read more

Had a AM/FM Stereo receiver shipped from here with NO PACKING MATERIALS AT ALL to protect the item during shipping and of course the item was delivered damaged.I know things get tossed around during shipping but if it had been packaged correctly it would have stood a chance of not being damaged.If your going to provide a shipping service then you should teach your employees about packing procedures,can't believe they shipped item with absolutely no packing material in the box.Is this lack of concern for process or just completely didn't care.It cost me $64 to get this shipped to KS and now it is wasted time and money all because of carelessness.Management needs to hold people accountable for their actions unless they themselves don't care about process and only care about the money.Hopefully this is not the way all postal pal establishments operate.I will not recommend using this particular Postal Pal on Berkeley Square Lane in Goose Creek,S.C at all. read more

Do not trust the new management!!!! I dropped off a couple of packages in the drop box (because they work so painfully slow) and they didn't scan in one of the boxes. I have the tracking number and can see that they haven't scanned it. It was a large box that can't be missed. I came in a couple days later to see what's going on and he said they didn't scan it in. I asked him to look for it and he refused to!!! He said it's not his responsibility, sat down and laughed. Unwilling to do his job. They are rude, slow, never friendly and increased prices. NEW OWNERS & MUCH MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF than the Previous staff had been on printing emails, etc. I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me yesterday, but she was super friendly and so helpful:) I was in and out and I think the prices are about the same as before. I'm glad that they bought it, because it is much easier to go in there sometimes than to go to the post office, and I believe that they are open a little later than the post office is. Also you can drop off your FedEx packages as well. Not to mention, they have adorable little items such as souvenirs and gifts that you can check out while waiting in line and they are very inexpensive! I will for sure be back again soon! They had three boxes that had been sent to me. I would have never thought this company would treat their customers this way. No warning. I've not been a Goose Creek resident in awhile, but I will still drive up the road to this business if I have time from North Charleston for any of my postal needs. I've used this locally owned business at least a couple decades. They are always friendly and efficient. I can bring items to ship and they can do both the packaging and shipping. I've used them for making copies and faxing for a low price. You can purchase just one stamp , a book, or however many you need. Notary service was only a few dollars. I used them to notarize my will. They are open everyday except a few hours and small staff on Sunday. They also have a cute selection of greeting cards, snacks, and various other novelties..costume jewelry. I even saw some cute windchimes there once. If you need to advertise your small business... they let people leave flyers posted there and you can pay a fee to advertise on an overhead reader board. Giving the high five for service! read more

I am asking for a refund of the $100 NOT the "over $2000" Postal Pal claims. The meds are worth that, but I am looking to recoup my time and money for gas that I had to use to deliver the package myself. As for the reimbursement of shipping costs, I called FedEx and they said they would reimbursed me, but that the money had to be sent back to Postal Pal first. Thanks for nothing Postal Pal. What is worse is that I have been spoken to rudely every time I have called Postal Pal. Horrible business practices! I used them yesterday to get a document notarized,(my Wells Fargo bank did not have someone available but recommended Postal Pal across the way. Only waited a minute.
