Her and i Struggled for a good 8 days to recover a Christmas Package to Three of our Grandchildren that was lost or held up for some reason or another, Magi called Customer Service Day in and Day out for 7 of the 8 days , not only once but she called 2,3,4 and 5 times daily tell she got our package released to be delivered to our grandchildren so they wouldn't think that Nana and Papa had forgot about them. My go-to location for dropping off packages or Amazon returns. I have my Amazon QR code at the ready and they're quick to scan and print a receipt. This is the best UPS store in the Charleston area! I have been to practically all of them from west Ashley to Mount Pleasant, Summerville and everywhere in between. The employees here are always fast, helpful, and KIND! Pricing is fair, I usually find UPS to be slightly cheaper than USPS for the majority of things I ship, and they have more convenient hours for those who work. My packages usually get picked up same day to go to the local sorting center and begin their journey, other stores I've used have sometimes taken days before my package leaves their location. Not sure if it's just Friday the 13th or Goose Creek, but customer service is lacking everywhere I have been this morning. Went to this UPS store to get something notarized. When I walk in the store there are 3 women working and looks like they are chewing food as they walk to the counter, no big deal. But instead of one of them helping me right away they are bypassing me the paying customer for one of their boyfriends that showed up with coffee behind me. Anyway, after getting their coffee one finally looks at me and asks if I need help. At least she was friendly after that, but I should have taken priority over Bubba delivering coffee. read more

This UPS store is tucked in a shopping strip off Saint James. I always forget it is there and it is a lot more convienent for me to get to compared to other UPS stores around me. I had several items to take in for Amazon returns afer the holidays. There was a line but it went fast. There was two employees working and they were both friendly. The proess of returning my items was easy and smooth. 10/10 recommend!! read more

I've been coming to this store for years. My last two encounters have been absolutely dreadful. The first incident some very sentimental items were lost in transit. My second incident was yesterday. A previous tenant of mine had packages dropped off at one of my properties accidentally. She reaches out like hey if it's not too much I have the labels to return the items. So I got to ups to send them back. First issue I was charged to print out the labels instead of scanning the QR codes to print them out which I also had. The most unfavorable part of my experience was my encounter with a representative named DeAnthony. His attitude and customer service was disgusting! He acted as if assisting me was such an inconvenience and a waste of his time. He was very loud rude and obnoxious to say the least. I'm asking simple questions his responses were almost as if he were trying to publicly embarrass me on purpose acting as if I were uneducated or slow to catch on. I literally forwarded the entire email to the store he comes around the counter after being aggravated for no good reason and says let me help you out takes my phone looks at it hands it back and says screen shot it and email it again. Then asks me if I'm paying to send the other package back after I've already explained I'm not this person this was a previous tenant of mine they no longer live at my property and I just want to be rid of the packages. His tone his facial expressions and the way he spoke to me was disparaging. My tenant could hear it through the phone even commented on wow his attitude is nasty and some other choice words I cannot repeat. By the time I left the store I was humiliated my needs had not been met and I was furious. read more

The UPS store at Saint James is so unethical specially one of the helpers in the front! I couldn't get to print my label my Endor sent me di I ask for her help! It seems she didn't want to be bothered I was di helpless as a 72 year old lady who is computer zero! All she said mam it's on the card text it this address and we will print for you! DO NOT USE THIS STORE I needed to return a damage device to Amazon ( under warranty) and I was instructed (by Amazon) to take the device along with my phone with the email showing the return label for them to prepare the device to be shipped back. I don't have a working printer and was advised I didn't need to package it - it would be covered with the return information (label). This is not my first rodeo with returning items using UPS Stores - This clerk stated that I would have to pay to have it packed up and to print the label. Well...... I brought an old phone box to put the device in and questioned why I had to pay to print the label when Amazon advised they (UPS store) could print the label. Multiple people came in during this encounter and had a QR Code from Amazon and the clerks printed the label and attached it to their boxes for returns to Amazon. NOW - A LABEL IS A LABEL - YOU HAVE TO PRINT ONE SOME HOW AT SOME POINT - JUST BECAUSE THIS WAS A WARRANTY RETURN I DIDN'T GET A QR CODE - THE FLEECING OF AMERICA CONTINUES - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW - WE HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR PRINTING AN AMAZON LABEL FOR ANY RETURN, REGARDLESS OF WHAT UPS STORE WE HAVE USED. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION - IT'S A SCAM HOLE - AM I GETTING MY $3.02 BACK FROM AMAZON ? YES I AM - I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY BEFORE USING THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND ADVISE ALL TO DO THE SAME. read more

I will never use this store again. I took several small gifts to the store today and purchased one of their mailers. The total weight of the package was less than 1 pound. I was charged $16.34 for ground shipping. When I called to find out why so much, I was told because of the dimensions of the package it was billed at 7 pounds. At no time was I ever told that their own mailers exceeded the normal dimensions. I would have certainly bought another smaller mailer. What a rip off. read more
