Delivery of our samsung oven was great, however it did come damaged which was immediately brought to my attention. We received an option to keep at a discount which we used and while the dollar amount of the option was disappointing, it is no fault of the installers. They were fast and efficient, albeit slightly rough on the appliance, but did an awesome job. The "damage" was on the side of the oven never to be seen. also we're able to negotiate a fee to haul away our old appliance since it did not appear on our order. all around great job. this is our SECOND appliance delivered by them, both great! thanks read more

He came over after hours to make sure my bike was calibrated correctly and see the damage done to the wheels. He came the next day after hours to replace the base and was so nice. The actual delivery was good. The two men arrived and in 5 min. they carried the mattress in and set it up and hauled the old one away. The problem is the company. They called March 17 to set up a delivery date of March 20. Then they called and set up a new date of April 3. The problem is that they only deliver on Mondays and Thursdays. I stayed home from work on March 20 as they had a 4-hour time window for delivery. They called to cancel the delivery after I took the day off and rescheduled for April 3. The company has communication problems. The girl that contacted me spoke a different language and her English was weak and difficult to understand. This is typical with outsourcing now days. but this was more than usual. Also look at the Remarks from Bryan B, owner. Pretty generic on all unhappy customers. On all negative responses. As excited as I was for the delivery of my spin bike from MyxFitness, the so called "white glove" delivery was anything but! They pretty much just dropped the bike off in my garage and left it at that! Hence my husband and daughter had to drag it into the room where it was suppose to go. And today, while trying to set up my bike, I realized I still can not do so because: - the delivery personal put the wrong arm for the tablet on the bike & - they took, not just the packaging with them, but also the power cord I need for said tablet! I took the day off because I received several emails saying it was on time. Refrigerator never came. I contacted RXO and they stated that Samsung had not delivered it to them yet. RXO is an absolute nightmare to deal with. My delivery of a refrigerator, washer and dryer was scheduled on Dec 19th from 2-6pm. We arrived at our new home around 1pm ready to take delivery. Around 3:30 I received a broken voicemail stating that they would let the driver know I was unable to take delivery and that it would be returned to the local hub. I immediately called the number that left the voicemail and was told by the first person I talked to that they attempted delivery, which was a flat out lie. I later found out from my neighbor that he saw an RXO truck at the end of our street earlier, so the driver either attempted delivery to the wrong house, or didn't attempt it at all. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said there were none. He claimed he was routing my request to an escalation team and to expect a callback, which never came. I made an additional three calls that day, and each person I spoke to insisted that the appliances were still set to be delivered today. At this point it became very apparent that RXO offshores their customer support to India. All of the support people I spoke to used the EXACT same script: initially asking what my issue was, then asking for my name and address, then asking if they can call me by my first name, then asking what time it was in my location, and then attempting to get me off the phone by insisting that their systems were showing that the delivery was still set to occur today (clearly their systems are the same that customers use to track their deliveries as mine was showing the same). Keep in mind that the latest call I made was almost 10pm, so you're probably starting to get a sense for how ignorant RXO thinks their customers must be. I wake up today, check the order status online, and now it shows no matches for my order number. I call the support line once again and the automated system says my order shows as delivered! When I try to get transferred to another agent who is sure to run through the exact same script and provide me with absolutely no help whatsoever, I get a message to call back during business hours, which begin at 6am. It is currently 7:13am here. The level of incompetence shown by RXO at every level so far has been infuriating and based on the other reviews I've seen, I'm not hopeful that I'm going to have resolution to this any time soon. We have family starting to arrive tomorrow and now don't even have a refrigerator to store food in. If you ever order something from Samsung or any other company that uses RXO to ship, I highly recommend you cancel the order immediately and find another way to get your product. read more

A delivery date was set for 11 days after they received it (not impressed) but the evening before the scheduled delivery I got a message saying it was delayed and would now arrive 28 days later. 28 days!! Despite several calls the date didn't improve, it actually went back another week. Absolutely dreadful service. read more

Just a terrible company. Was suppose to deliver to our house between 8-11 am. Received no call or update and they no showed. You can't speak to anyone in the US for customer service. The customer service has no direct access to the company it self and relies on computer updates that don't exist. They will lie to you telling you are next stop. Just a terrible company. I now have to wait a month for the next available delivery date. Unfortunately you likely don't have a choice to use this company. I have had multiple "white glove" deliveries from other companies and while some delays can be expected I have never ran into a company where you cannot at least speak to someone with real time information. They have been told numerous times that they need to send 4 people to get the huge treadmill we are returning down stairs and out of the house. We have rescheduled appointments for us and my 86 yo grandmother, hired a sitter so my aunt wont be alone w 4 men an 86 yo w dementia and 3 dogs. They keep not showing up, calling to reschedule at the last minute, or showing up w only 1 or 2 people. It took 4 to get it up there. Most incompetent shipping company ever. They should be paying us. We've accrued over 24 hours total of time set aside at the house just waiting for them to pick this up. That includes 4 hrs today, 8 AM to 12 PM, AND now waiting from 4 PM to 7 PM. This is far beyond unacceptable. UPDATE: 630 PM, 30 min left. Still no call no show and I'm sure they wont bother to do either... AGAIN. Do not order anything that is being delivered and/or installed by this company. UPDATE 2: 9 PM. They said at 7 they'd be here before 9 when we called for the 5th time today. Called at 8 said they were free and they'd be by to get this stupid treadmill. Spoiler alert: They never called or showed up for the millionth time!!! UPDATE 3: IT IS 9 AM TUESDAY. They didnt call showed up w no appointment or warning whatsofuckingever and I'm on 6 hours of sleep. They have picked THE WORST DAY OF THE WHOLE DAMN WEEK to finally come get this hated treadmill. We have a nurse and doctor appointment for my grandmother today and now I get to do it all w a migraine, which took me 17 hours to get rid of yesterday, which they have made return. We were scheduled for a delivery, with a delivery window of 8am to Noon, after that window had passed, my wife received an update with the window now being 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, this was at 1:14 pm. The 1:30 pm window passed and my wife checked the status and the window had not changed. After 2 pm my wife called again, and after pushing a few buttons, she was put on hold. At 2:30 pm we finally got to speak to a live person. I was told the delivery was not going to happen because the delivery crew reported we were not home. I have been up since before 6:30 am and no one has left this house today. My wife has had her phone near her so she wouldn't miss the call. So for the delivery crew to say they attempted the delivery and no one was home, that is a blatant lie. Now we are waiting for a call to reschedule the delivery at a later date. I have worked on sites where Xpo was a prime contractor and at those sites they were pretty good so I am shocked by this turn of events. I would not recommend Xpo to anyone at this point. I will be posting as many reviews that I can of Xpo in Ladson, SC and this extremely poor service, people do not need to use Xpo for delivery. read more

My Samsung appliance order went through lots of ups and downs. For five weeks I got nice emails from Samsung assuring me of on time delivery April 9-16 timeframe. I planned other installers on my kitchen remodel accordingly. April 7 Samsung emailed your order shipped! But NOT to ME! To XPO. The same day, April 7, XPO confirmed delivery May 5th!!! Aaargh!! If you call XPO about your delivery you get a stone wall response in the Philippines or Columbia (South America). Nightmare! However the Last Mile team in Ladson SC did a great job finding a slot for my delivery April 21 (which was supposed to be impossible according to customer service) which put me back on schedule with other suppliers. Last Mile were helpful, friendly, prompt. So, when planning a Samsung purchase, ask about the ACTUAL delivery not just Samsung shipping date. read more

If I could give them negative stars then I would. Nobody gave me a time window. They showed up at 8am. I have little dogs that come to the door with me and the guy proceeds to yell at me to get my dogs away from him. He was not even in my house yet. I run to get everything out of my fridge and clear a spot in my garage to put my old fridge. When I came back Mr. Rude was moving my old fridge when my cat ran across the kitchen into the living room (it was her breakfast time) and he yells at me to get that cat away from him. He tells me that he won't move my fridge to the garage which is next to the kitchen. Because I didn't purchase the Haul Away option. I said that I don't need it hauled away only moved to the next room. So I call the number to find out if I can pay for the Haul Away service while they are there. Apparently I can't purchase it while they are there. Next In being yelled at, getting my dogs put away, clearing my fridge and a space my old fridge was supposed to go, I unintentionally left a could small items in the hall, I am still moving into my house. Mr. Rude throws the things into the kitchen and he tells his partner that he had to clean the hall because I was busy holding my cat. Mind you the cat he has just yelled at me to get away from him and she was wanting to be in the kitchen for her breakfast. If they didn't need to put the doors on the new fridge, I would have thrown them out of my house. His partner told me that he was having problems with his baby mama. Sorry, but that's not my fault. I can't go to my job and treat the customer like shit because I am having personal problems. I would be fired if I treated a family this way. They requested I take a survey but I find reviews to be most effective for change. XPO delivered one of our packages to the wrong address which in itself is understandable and it happens from time to time. After the neighbor notified me of the mistake I immediately contacted XPO for resolution to the issue. After speaking with someone about the issue, I was told it would take up to 3-4 business days for them to pick it up from the wrong location. This obviously isn't acceptable under any circumstances but even worse, they delivered it at night on a Friday and it is now Saturday which means 3-4 business days could be 5-6 days from now. I also know that they deliver on weekends because we have another delivery today at a different location. Even further, it is supposed to rain over the next 2 days so what happens once it's ruined by rain? This left me with the task of finding/paying someone on the weekend to help me move the package (it weighs 160lbs and was delivered on an elevated porch). We've used XPO numerous times in the recent past with little to no issues but when you make zero attempt to expeditiously rectify a problem you created and then force me to resolve it myself.. I won't spend another penny with you. Further - I was told after it was picked up that it would then be scheduled for "redelivery" at a later time. As a logistics company, are you not responsible for being efficient in logistics? You can simple bring it across the street. All in all, poor customer service and zero concern about doing what is right. read more

If you can find the number directly to them and circumvent the customer service line then you'll be in business. We had to pick up our own mattress but that was better than being rescheduled every day. Yes, it is a mismanaged company, in that they depend on contractors to make their deliveries and if those people don't show up for work or their trucks don't work than the customers are left in a bind. I ordered a TV from Amazon and it was shipped via XPO Logistics. My TV arrived at the local carrier facility Monday night/Tuesday morning. It arrived at the final carrier facility Tuesday night. I received a text message from XPO saying that delivery was scheduled for Friday (today) between 6AM and 6PM and that they would text me Thursday and again Friday when they were half an hour out. Yesterday I received a text message saying that delivery was scheduled for Saturday (tomorrow) and that they would text me Friday and again Saturday when they were half an hour out. Today I get a text message saying that delivery is scheduled for Tuesday 6/23 between 6AM and 6PM and that they'll text me Monday and again Tuesday when they're half an hour out. The TV has been roughly 20 minutes away from my house since Tuesday. Called XPO Logistics. Talked to a lady that put me on hold to check on the status of my shipment. She came back on and said she'd located a specialist to help me with my issue and was transferring me. She transferred me to a busy line. As in, a recorded message saying that the line is busy and that I should try my call later. Called back, got a guy this time. He said that it hadn't arrived at the local facility yet. I told him that, according to THEIR tracking information, it had not only arrived at the local facility, but also at the "final carrier facility" Tuesday. He said hold on, I'll check on it. He put me on hold and I was shunted back to the main phone menu. I talked to a third rep and after I explained things to her, she confirmed that the TV had arrived at the local hub and tried calling the and to get a status, but they "weren't answering the phone." She emailed them and I said should hear something back in 24-48 hours. I asked her if it really takes 24-48 hours to contact their local hub and she said, "Yes, because they have to get all the information." I'm now on the phone with Amazon and they're calling the carrier to try to get to the bottom of things. The Amazon manager called XPO and transferred me to the call (which meant she had to get off). XPO said, "The scheduled delivery for this item is 6/23." I went through the WHOLE thing again. She said that the local hub hadn't scanned the item. She said that the initial delivery date (6/19) is pre-determined and that they don't know for sure until the item arrives. Fair enough. But I asked her how that explains the delivery being rescheduled twice. She said, "It wasn't rescheduled twice, just once. For the 23rd." I told her, I'm looking - right now - at a text message from XPO saying delivery on the 19th, another text saying delivery on the 20th, and another saying delivery on the 23rd. She said she wasn't seeing that. And WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER, I got another text message saying delivery on Saturday the 20th. She said, "Disregard that message, delivery is scheduled for the 23rd." read more

The delivery of the bike went well. But Peleton has been silent regarding the remainder of my order, the shoes required to actually ride the bike. So I have the bike but no way to ride it. The delivery men said that Peleton would "probably" send the rest of my order by UPS, USPS, Fedex, or some other means. I haven't heard anything at all from Peleton, however. read more
