It is impossible to leave a zero star rating or that is what they would get. I am sick of the lack of service, call center run around, missed delivery dates and impotent managers who cannot get the job done. I bought two Samsung refrigerators, a $4,000+ purchase, on 5/21/22. I was told that the delivery date would be on 5/27. This delivery date was important to me since my current fridge is at death's door. As I neared the 5/27 date, XPO pushed out the date to 6/7. When I got the email I immediately called XPO, I was told several things but they all amounted to "XPO cannot do anything". I called the XPO call center several times to try to get a contact at the XPO warehouse but no progress was made and I was hung up on by the "help" desk several times. On 6/6 I called the "help" desk again and was informed that my packages would be delivered on 6/7 between 1300 and 1530. I called on 6/7, prior to 1300, to verify again and the times were again confirmed. At 1600, I called again because I received an email stating that I needed to schedule my package drop off. I was then informed that the product would be ready for delivery 6/15. I cannot put into words how poorly this company operates. The call center is staffed by personnel that barely can speak English and they sound like robots when they answer the phone. Any deviation from the script that they are provided results in the "helpers" being completely lost and unable to help. This company is large enough, 40K+ personnel, that their processes should more mature than what they are. Judging from the number of BBB complaints and the number of poor ratings locally, I don't see why anyone would use them. read more

Best service ever for a delivery! I wish other delivery companies did the process that this company does Communication and notification was great. . They set up a day several days before then they contact me. Then the night before and let me know a three hour time frame and then they contact me and let me know when They are on their way giving me a 30 minute window to be at home . So I can be out running my own errands and doing what I need to do with notification when to be back at home to meet them so I don't have to sit around at home waiting and waiting and waiting all day . prompt friendly service. The delivery guys were so great very very friendly very very helpful and Thet made sure everything was perfect and working before they left .Such great guys . wish they could deliver everything for me . read more

I would definitely recommend RXO Delivery. They emailed me to schedule delivery. Initial date did not work for me but they were able to reschedule for the following day. That morning they texted me to let me know that the delivery was on its way, then I received a phone call from dispatch that they were close, then I received a phone call from the driver himself that they were only a few minutes out. Once they arrived, both delivery persons were very courteous and quickly brought my very large package up the long driveway and into the house, then made sure that I was satisfied with where it was left. I would highly recommend RXO. My refrigerator was delivered by Mike and Shaun. Mike and Shaun were very professional, kind, courteous, on time, and very knowledgeable about set up and installation of the refrigerator. The services included also included removal and haul away of the old refrigerator. The two of them were also very careful to not damage anything on the way out and in, they deserve a huge raise. XPO was used by Tempur Pedic to deliver our mattress replacement which was under warranty. The scheduling was easy and well communicated through their easy to use on line and texting system. When the young gentlemen called the morning of deliver they were ahead of time which was fantastic!! Ordered a mattress from an online vendor and XPO handles the shipping, they called with updates and offer web updates as well, they left a time window that a;;owed me to be present for the delivery, my mattress was unpacked, brought in and inspected the driver documented this via photos. They removed my old mattress and they were courteous nd efficient. I would recommend and use this service in the future! read more

Great reliable, efficient service from this delivery/installation company, albeit it took two visits to get my new microwave installed properly. Not their fault, apparently.
