My only issue was with the "window of time" used for the installation appointment. I got a call on the 18th that my Tonal would be installed on the 20th. I was told to expect a call on the 19th that would give me a window of time to expect the installer's arrival. Since I wanted to be at the house for his arrival - but had no idea, yet, when that would be - I took the 20th off from work. I work an 8 am to 5 pm job. Although I had received another phone call, two texts and two emails - all just confirming the date of the delivery - by 6:30 pm on the 19th, I had yet to get the window of time phone call. I called RXO customer service who said to wait until 9 pm. At 9:15 pm, I got an email, saying the window of time would be between 1 pm and 5 pm on the 20th. I heard nothing else until a few minutes before 5 pm on the 20th when the installer called to say he would be there by 6:47 pm. Basically, I could have worked all day and still gotten home in plenty of time to greet the installer. He arrived around 7:15pm. However, once he got there, he was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product. He had it up and running in less than an hour. Great service, overall. read more

Absolutely abysmal service. My appointment window of 11-2pm came and went with zero calls from XPO. I called them 4 times and was told I was 3 stops aways, 2 stops away, and then finally 7 pm it would arrive. IT NEVER ARRIVED. No calls from the driver about delivery issues or contact made. Thanks for RUINING MY DAY OFF. Now I will have to wait another week to get on their delivery schedule. Am furious with Peloton and XPO. Service deserves Zero Stars. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would!! Each time I called, I was on hold at least 2 hours with"0" callers ahead of me. This is ridiculous!!! I have been lied to about when the appliance arrived at their local site in Ladson (I can see the same tracking they can see). And there has been no assistance or even return calls when I have tried multiple times to get someone on the phone that can actually speak to the delivery. It is impossible to leave a zero star rating or that is what they would get. I am sick of the lack of service, call center run around, missed delivery dates and impotent managers who cannot get the job done. I bought two Samsung refrigerators, a $4,000+ purchase, on 5/21/22. I was told that the delivery date would be on 5/27. This delivery date was important to me since my current fridge is at death's door. As I neared the 5/27 date, XPO pushed out the date to 6/7. When I got the email I immediately called XPO, I was told several things but they all amounted to "XPO cannot do anything". I called the XPO call center several times to try to get a contact at the XPO warehouse but no progress was made and I was hung up on by the "help" desk several times. On 6/6 I called the "help" desk again and was informed that my packages would be delivered on 6/7 between 1300 and 1530. I called on 6/7, prior to 1300, to verify again and the times were again confirmed. At 1600, I called again because I received an email stating that I needed to schedule my package drop off. I was then informed that the product would be ready for delivery 6/15. I cannot put into words how poorly this company operates. The call center is staffed by personnel that barely can speak English and they sound like robots when they answer the phone. Any deviation from the script that they are provided results in the "helpers" being completely lost and unable to help. This company is large enough, 40K+ personnel, that their processes should more mature than what they are. Judging from the number of BBB complaints and the number of poor ratings locally, I don't see why anyone would use them. read more

In December 2021, I ordered 3 mattresses and box springs from Wayfair totaling approximately $4,000. The charge was placed on my credit card. XPO - Last Mile based in Ladson, SC was scheduled to deliver this shipment on 12/28/21 between 9 am and 1 pm. Three hours after the delivery window, we received written confirmation from the guard's gate within our gated community that XPO - Last Mile was permitted access into the community. Our house is less than a mile from the guard's gate on the same road. After receiving the notice from the Guard's Gate, we waited at the front of the house. The delivery truck never appeared and XPO reported that "customer fully refused the order". We contacted XPO and Wayfair. After multiple attempts, XPO's representative stated that their truck broke down and they had the wrong telephone number for us. (There was no explanation as to why the truck did not come to our house with the house number clearly marked on the mailbox on the main road.) XPO's representative verbally promised delivery three days after the first delivery attempt, but did not send written confirmation of the new delivery date. We again waited all day on this next date for delivery and no delivery attempt was made. XPO - Last Mile does not seem to have direct telephone service; even Wayfair has been unable to reach XPO through multiple emails and calls. Wayfair has sent emails to XPO inquiring as to the status and requesting a new delivery date; these emails remain unanswered by XPO - Last Mile. Meanwhile, the charge of approximately $4,000 remains on my credit card for the order while I am left wondering if the new mattresses and box springs have been stolen or substituted for a fraudulent product. read more
