I arrived at 9:00 AM, only to be told the package "wasn't in the front" and was "somewhere in the building." The staff's excuse was that "damage" might just mean the label was damaged, which apparently made it impossible for them to find. Instead of taking an extra five minutes to look for it they told me to pull up my app, file a claim, and call the customer service line. I drove two hours round-trip for a signature-required package only to be told to talk to talk to someone on my phone. They are disorganized, lazy, and have zero interest in actual customer service. Avoid this location at all costs.

I can't file a claim because I am not the shipper. The shipper will not file a claim because it's "easier and takes less time" to just remake my prescription glasses. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This is a horrible business policy and a waste of resources. You can't even make an email complaint to FedEx yourself-you have to call the FedEx Customer Service and they make the complaint and give you a case reference number. That's one way to never get any complaints.

Customer service was great and the staff were friendly. My only concern is the process: only one person can handle PO Box reactivations, which is challenging for those with full-time jobs especially since that employee doesn't work weekends. It would also be nice to have a post office closer to Cane Bay instead of having to choose between this location, Moncks Corner, or Goose Creek. Overall, service was good, but the process could be smoother.
