The manager was so helpful and so very kind! He made it very easy to send my stuff off!

Darnell was by himself but was very personable and was working as efficiently as possible. There was a customer struggling with an issue and by all appearances he was doing his utmost to assist them. He was remaining calm and sympathetic to their needs. Thank you for the great customer service. read more

The gentleman who assisted me had the patience of a saint. He was very kind and polite.

This is the location closest to me so it's usually the one I end up at. They don't have a self serve station so the line can back up at busy times but they honestly work hard to keep it moving quickly. No complaints. read more

The UPS Stores covers all your shipping, packing, and printing needs. I needed to ship an item. I arrived right when they opened. I was in and out within 5 minutes. This store is organized. Because of COVID, they ask that customers do not touch the pin pad. They provide q-tips to use on it. I would definitely come back if I need to ship anything. read more

I have to give this store 5 stars, but wish I could give them a 10! Today I went in and needed help with a shipping issue and the lady that was there helped me out so much that she restored my faith in customer service. She was patient, understanding, and made me feel at ease with my situation. UPS store on Rivers Ave. is lucky to have someone like her employed. read more

I came in to complete an Amazon return. It's located in a busy shopping center, but the store is clean and tidy. Service was good. I was greeted immediately and taken care of in a jiffy. No fluffs and frills, just all about getting the business of taking care of their customers. Exactly what I needed. read more

The UPS Store - Clean store! - Shipping Centers Near Me - North Charleston, South Carolina

Great location! The staff was very polite and incredibly helpful from when I called to inquire about something to having them help us in store. They were prompt, reasonable priced and the store was organized well, wasn't cramped and very clean. This location does provide notary services, no appointment necessary. read more

There's a location closer to me but I always prefer to come here. They are always so nice and friendly. I just had another amazing experience of good customer service at this location! Ebon'e was very professional, hlpful and knowledgeable. read more

The manager chased me out of the store to my car yelling at me to give his paper back after I'd given him more cash than he asked for. I felt threatened and harassed and hope this guy gets what every abusive manager deserves. Have made dozens of Amazon returns here with no hassle or charge. Suddenly today, I need to buy their packaging and need to pay for them to print a label, and they didn't tell me this until after everything was packed and labels printed. read more

I went into this location to do an amazon return and I was having difficulty with my amazon app and Darnell and his team patiently helped me and were able to get it fixed. great customer service is clearly an art that Darnell and his team have mastered. thank you read more

I got prompt and great service at this UPS store location when I was sending a package back to Amazon. The only issue I have is that it's in a shopping center that's really hard to get in and out of on high traffic days. Other than that it's an excellent store with an excellent staff that caters to all of your UPS shipping/printing/packing/etc needs. read more

I called ahead to make sure that they sold stamps. I know, it sounds silly, but UPS and USPS are not exactly on the same team sometimes, and I just wanted to be sure. Luckily, they do sell stamps and I was able to get a book of Forever stamps, mail a letter, and be on my way within a matter of minutes. Try doing that at your local USPS location. The person who waited on me was very friendly as well, both on the phone when I called and in person. Parking is plentiful, but if you come later in the day, don't be afraid to walk a bit, because there are many other great stores nearby for your browsing pleasure. read more

Quick, easy and the friendliest service I've ever had at a UPS store. Can't wait to use this location again!

Fast and efficient service and a friendly staff make this UPS location a winner, definitely recommend over the post office with its long wait times and less than friendly service. Just saying ;) read more

I've had my mailbox at locations in several states. Most have been understaffed, had long wait lines, and grumpy people. This is the very first UPS location I've used that I would use for the next 40 years. The manager/owner is way above any other UPS store boss I've ever met. They never act like they are annoyed, they help me with everything. Their lines are never allowed to get long. I will always trust them to pack my fine art sold online. Great store. Thank you! Keep up the great work. read more

BOOM. I will never use the post office again. Thank you for being wonderful, UPS.

Several good experiences and 1 bad experience. It took a handful of phone calls and emails back and forth but the bad experience has been resolved in a manner that seems fair to both. read more

Exceptional service. The owner of this store cares about the service he delivers. He suggested making copies of my docs that were notarized and being mailed. I didn't think of that. It was a small thing but he didn't have to say anything at all. I watched him assist another customer that needed white out but he didn't have any. He came up w another solution. It's the small gestures that have big impact. I'll go out of my way to use this store. read more

We received excellent customer service from a friendly staff, very helpful and got just what we needed, thanks! We'll be back!
