Always great service. I had, literally, about 175 pounds of rocks to ship. I went in to ask if freight was the best option and where to find a crate. They consulted each other and decided since the items were small, and would fit in a priority mail box, USPS was my best option. Yesterday I shipped the first 37 pounds for $29.95. I was very disappointed by the notary. He signed my paperwork but forgot to stamp it with his official seal. He was too busy chatting up other customers and talking on his cell phone. A very costly mistake as my documents were not accepted. read more

I was floored this morning. I went in to print and scan 14 pages. The total was 18.87$! They charge by the minute for the computer which is fine, however the computer and printer both run so slowly! It took me 11 minutes to print 14 pages!! In addition, they double charge you for scanning. It's $.50 to scan each page then it's $2.99 for each scan to be emailed to you. I mean, I was absolutely floored. In addition, understand they charge by the minute, but if that is the case then whoever is paying by the minute should not be kept waiting while you check out and help another customer, especially considering there was more than one employee in the store who could have assisted. I've gone here numerous times before for the same thing and never paid anywhere close to half of this price. In conclusion, staples or Office Depot are now your best bet. Post net has simply out priced themselves and you can't justify going local at these prices. read more

The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I had went to Postnet in West Ashley a few times to get things printed, scanned, and mailed and always enjoyed the experience. I had something urgent come up that needed to be notorized too and sent right away. I was allowed in 10 minutes after closing (the notory actually waited for me) and was able to achieve what I needed to achieve. I was in a bit of a pickle and needed a document notarized, quickly. I was waiting on a family member, who was running late and then I realized the hours...they closed at 4pm on a Saturday, oh noooz, it was 405, ugh! After using their services several times, I recognized the owner while I was in a adjacent store. I spoke with him and explained my situation, he never batted an eye and we went right back to Postnet and he saved the day and my vacation! The staff is always pleasant and helpful! The store is always well stocked and is my go to for everything "office". I refuse to use the big box office places for these things. Big thanks to Sharon, R.C. and all of the others at PostNet who were cheerful, supportive and VERY patient with me and as we worked to get the invitation design "just right" for the rehearsal party I was giving for my son. Living an hour from Charleston could have been a major time issue for me, but via responsive emails and calls, we got it all done. They printed not only the invitations, but the envelopes, too. That was a huge time saver for me! They even had the perfect stamp to compliment the invitations. The designer, Robert J. Went there to get so e shipping and copies done. The owners are very helpful and they know what they are doing. Before shipping, they asked me to confirm in a piece if paper the address. They also have a graphic designer, if you need graphic work done. They offer multiple shipping options. Very much satisfied with their service and options. read more

Disaster - I wanted to get printed a wedding shower invitation. Everything went wrong: wanted to charge $15 for graphics but employee kept spelling everything wrong. Printed card horizontally - would have looked much better vertically. Card "stock" cheap - I think it was copy paper. My friends and I giving the shower are totally embarrassed by how cheap these invitations look. read more

Worst customer service ever! Go else where for your printing needs.

I have meant to do this for awhile but today, I had to finally write this review. The folks at the West Ashley Post Net location are some of the most friendly, customer service centric people I've ever met. I do not ship often, or need to mail things daily etc but when I do, I NEVER go to the Post Office. When you walk in this location, you are always greeted by a friendly smile and hello, how can I help you? They REPEATEDLY come in cheaper than other locations and always thoroughly go over all options available. A great example of their go above and beyond for their customers attitude happened this morning. It was 15 min before they opened, I wasn't paying attention and pulled the door before I noticed they were closed. No sooner than I turned around and headed for the car, the owner (forgive me I don't know his name but he and his wife are AWESOME) says, "Ma'am - come bring me that bag if you want" I turned around and he was standing outside. I walked over to him and said, Thank you so much, it's all ready to go. He replied, "No problem, I didn't want you to have to go anywhere else." And THAT is why I never DO go anywhere else!!! read more
