They took over a week to fail to do work as quoted…read more I tried to have a large document printed and bound. I provided a detailed request for a quote, including multiple options for bindings depending upon printer's requirements due to its size. On day of pickup, I was informed that the shop was not able to bind the product as quoted and did not offer a discount or any other measures on the unfinished work other than splitting it up. They did take off the cost of the binding, but I could have paid a lot less to have three hundred loose pages printed elsewhere. The entire point of using this shop was to have the document bound in its entirety into a single element. I have to print these sort of documents from time to time, and I was willing to pay a little more to use a local shop. That was a mistake.
