Joe at UPS Folley Road scanned and "cleaned up" a 1960's airplane blueprint, then printed several color copies this for me! dLooks better than new, and the print I brought him was literally falling apart! The results are nothing short of amazing! Joe made paint on the original disappear!! I usually use a different UPS store, but this was more convenient today. Oh my gosh. It was busy as all get out, but the three women working were amazing. They were soooo efficient, but helpful, pleasant and professional. When I walked in and saw the line my heart sank a bit, but these ladies were cooking. When one customer needed a minute to do something before completing the process, the employee moved to another register and took care of another customer, swiftly moving back to the original one when she was finished. I literally watched in awe at how they managed the line of customers. I couldn't read the name tag of the woman who helped me, but she was so very nice--while moving quickly. Kudos. This place is slow, slow, slow. Holidays or not. I don't know why they don't have a way for customers to input their information themselves. They are having the customers verbally give them their info-address, phone number, etc and the customer and cashier are having to repeat multiple times to get the correct information. (Due to masks muffling what everyone is saying) I came from the post office and they were much more efficient and fast which definitely says something. If Amazon had not forced our hands with returns, I would not have come here. read more

Do not have a passport picture taken at this UPS location! We went to have ours taken. We are senior citizens and were way overcharged! Clerk was also rude. When I looked into passport pictures in the area they charge $10 dollars more than others, even other UPS stores. On 8/5/2024 at 10:30 am. I went in to ship an overnight Bid Letter. I work from home but have our company's UPS account number for shipping. As I explained what I needed and would be using our account number in lieu of payment the very nice young lady helping me looked confused. She then asked her coworker, I assumed he was the manager, how she should care for this. He quickly and dismissively told me they could not do that. I could not use my account number to ship from ANY UPS store, then he walked away. I replied I had used it before, again he insisted that it was not possible. I left and went to "Pack & Mail Ect." 1608 Camp Rd. The owner politely listened to what I needed. She gave me several different shipping options including using my UPS account. All I had to do was complete a UPS shipping label with our account number and was done. Why the UPS Store didn't know this, let the reader use discernment. "Pack & Mail" will now be my first choice for all my shipping needs. read more

I literally can't believe the amount of negative reviews I'm seeing about this UPS location! I've been here over 100 times and have NEVER had any issues! Yes there's a line sometimes but that's why you don't go during rush hours (8-9AM, 5-6PM). Go during your lunch break, people! These workers are always so nice and so helpful (even when I was trying to mail my passport for a renewal and had no idea what I was doing) they were so helpful and walked me through every step. They don't deserve the amount of hate this location is getting on here. I had mailboxes here on two occasions, in 2019 & 2020/2021, and the service was horrible. The only reason I used them was because they were close to me in the winter months. Consistently ignored my email requests, later claiming they were "busy" as if the my email requests for service were inferior to the people who waited in line for a half hour for service, even though the box service cost $327-252/year. Then when I complained about their horrible service, they canceled my box after charging me a month earlier for a year's worth of service. Buyer beware: they don't care about their customers. ***Update after the UPS Store Posted my personal email address on Yelp: This is how they threaten you. They sent me an email stating "I'm posting the initial email you sent to Peggy along with the review you posted for our facility. Your decision if you'd like to keep the review up." Then they posted my personal email address on a public website. Again, buyer beware, they don't care about their customers. I'll agree with everyone else that the staff here is uber friendly. However, today I was sent into the store to return an item using the manufacturer's UPS Account #, and this store was unable to help me. Huh? Whatever policies are in place at the corporate or franc level that prevent me from using an account number are asinine. Since I've been in other UPS Store franchises that accept them, I can only assume that the owner of this particular store doesn't accept them because the store itself doesn't financially benefit? For me location is key. Being only half to three-quarters of a mile from my home, this is my go to spot for UPS deliveries. There are some things you can say for UPS: 1. Cleanliness - This place is spot on clean. 2. Postal boxes. They got them. 3. Knowledgeable staff - You bet. 4. Computer options - Printing, editing, and much more. 5. Shredding services. Oh year. 94 cents a pound. 6. Packaging material. Duh. Any size you need. 7. Stamps. You really had to ask. 8. Next to Bagel Nation and TCBY - Yum. Great service with a smile. My husband went in to have something notarized. He told the man what he needed and he was told to stand in line. When my husband reached the front of the line he was told he was in the wrong line. He was treated very disrespectful when he questioned why he wasn't shown which line to wait in. read more

I have been to this store twice in the last month. Both times, this place was unable to help with notary services or mailing a package. They wasted my time which is what I find infuriating. Lines are long, and service is poor. Staff don't appear to care either. I once used this store constantly because of its location. No more. I agree with my husband: Pack' Ship on Camp Road provides good service, and they actually help you do what you need to do. You can cross your items off of your "to do" list when you go to Pack'n Ship. You have to find another store when you go to UPS 520 Folly. This store wasted my time. read more

A great place to use as a mailing center or an office. The staff is real friendly and very helpful. You can get a mailbox there if you want. Also if you have an AAA card you get a discount on UPS shipping. The also have notary service available and the copiers all seem to work well. I get coupons all the time from the paper for cheap copies plus discounts on shipping. Give them a try! read more

Located in a shopping center full of other necessities (Publix, ABC shop, Dry Cleaners, etc), this UPS store is extremely convenient. I've used them for several shipping and printing needs for personal and work-related needs and have never been disappointed. The staff is super helpful and very pleasant in meeting any of your needs as promptly as possible. In addition, they beat out FedEx/Kinko printing prices by ~$10-20 on bounded items. I am not in Atlanta but for some reason Yelp thinks I am. I have been doing business with this store for 25 years. I have had a box that long. Up until this year I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review. Today is a different story. I went in to have something faxed. I had 6 pages including their required front page. I went to walk up to the counter and the young lady held up her finger and told me to give her a minute. Then 10 secs later she told me I could come up. She was very rude which did not help with my mood. I gave her the papers that needed faxing and she handed them off to someone else. She then charged me over $11.00 to fax 6 pages. To be fair that included taxes. I became upset and told them that was a ridiculous price. They didn't seem to care one way or another. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told I couldn't. I am not happy with the way I acted and I apologized to the manager. I had went out to my car and sent an email and then called the store to complain some more. They evidently thought it was funny because there were comments in the background. The manager called the owner(supposedly) and I spoke with him. He jumped me for complaining. I have had a mailbox in that store for over 25 years as I said and they didn't only over charge the fax they cancelled my box. Something that was paid up until April with no refund. I have been in the service business for most of my life and have NEVER treated anyone as bad as they did me. I wasn't even allowed to pick up the mail that had already been delivered. The owner said I threatened and I ask how and his words were i was going to give them a bad review. If they were fair to the public I would be writing a good review but I guess now saying you will do a bad review is a threat. I just ask to be treated fair but they dont do that. All this is a fact! I want to add something to this. The owner said to me "You are upset over $11.00?" I said "Yes because I am on a fixed income." His reply was "And how it that my problem?" Very good manners. I've been here twice and both times I found the clerks at the counter to be very nice. The problem is that they do not bill a third party, nor do they carry waybills. That's right, the UPS Store does not have UPS labels. They did give me some places I could check, including an awesome packaging store by Walgreens. Unfortunately I think the business model for the entire "UPS Store" concept is flawed in that they cannot make any money simply handling UPS packages. It turn, it sours me on UPS.
