7/9/2024 On I visited the store to return a package. During the interaction, a new employee assisting me was discourteous and unprofessional. She made a snarky comment refusing to recognize or move the item I came with. The manager response after this interaction was ". She was confused as to which package was yours among the many on the counter. She is a bit shy and may have been at a loss". False as i was the last / next person up to front. On July 16, 2024, I visited the store to print some documents. An employee's tone of voice was noticeably unpleasant when she asked, "Can we help you?"--it came across as irritated or frustrated. When I requested assistance, she refused to print my copy. I calmly asked to speak with another employee, but she declined my request. At that point, I chose to remove myself from the building and she contacted the police while waiting outside. Injustice On that day i was verbally trespassed from the owners private property. A new female employee could not perform the services I requested: printing emails to include with returns, and the labels for each of the three packages. She was arrogant, defensive and refused any advice from me, offered because I have had these services provided here before and I knew the process. She told me to "come back when I felt better", refused to help me anymore and told me that she had the right to refuse service to me. She humiliated me in front of other customers, glared and stared at me, as to provoke me. The manager only managed to let things escalate, siding with her, telling me to "go to the library to have the emails printed and then come back (to the UPS Store.)" I was shocked, but managed to get his attention about what just happened. He sent her to the back of the store, where she continued to discuss and laugh with customers and employees about me. The manager was able to print the emails (which she claimed were not sent), help me match them with the labels she incorrectly printed out on paper rather than labels, match the labels to the packages, tape them up and ready them for pickup. He and I successfully worked together and he told me (twice) to come to him next time. Meanwhile, the new female employee had called the police and I was escorted out of the store, where three police officers had my back against the wall, questioned me, took my license, finally giving it back with a verbal 'No Trespass Order', truly a waste of police resources for a composed 70 year old woman. I called Michael Cunningham, the store owner, to tell him of my experience. He was unavailable and a message was taken, promising a return call that afternoon or the next day. That was 12/18/2024, and I have yet to hear from him. I post this review because he didn't care enough about me to hear it firsthand. read more

I never thought I'd be leaving a review for a UPS store, but I cannot recommend the store enough. The owner is kind and truly cares about his customers, and his community. Being out here for work, I don't have a printer. I've had to go in several times for help with shipping items. I have experienced nothing but pure kindness, and an eagerness to help. I never thought I would be so passionate about a UPS store but this place is amazing. I have only ever had an amazing experience. They make things that are unnecessarily difficult everywhere else, so easy. And they once stayed late with me printing and resizing signs for my 4 year olds birthday party. They go above and beyond and I rave about them constantly. My friends are sick of hearing about how much I love the UPs store, so I thought I'd come to the internet. They're the best! read more

These folks are the best. They are responsive, courteous, professional. The polar opposite of USPS.

Just dropped a few packages off and could not have had a better experience. Was in and out within a minute. Michael was very friendly and attentive! Store is new, very clean and in a great location with easy parking! Will be back soon. read more
