My total came out to less than $4! I was happily surprised by how cheap it was. Its a simple and small office. The staff are very nice and helpful. They got the job done right, quickly. Called throughout the week 4 more times, each time was told "oh let me go look up the tracking number now... I'll call you back in a few!" And never received a call back. Today, 6 days later, we call again was told "let me look that up now, call back in 20 minutes!" So we did... "Oh, uh, we uh, actually still have that item here, we uh, never got a chance to send it out..." SERIOUSLY? It's been a week.
