I provided a detailed request for a quote, including multiple options for bindings depending upon printer's requirements due to its size. On day of pickup, I was informed that the shop was not able to bind the product as quoted and did not offer a discount or any other measures on the unfinished work other than splitting it up. They did take off the cost of the binding, but I could have paid a lot less to have three hundred loose pages printed elsewhere. The entire point of using this shop was to have the document bound in its entirety into a single element. I have to print these sort of documents from time to time, and I was willing to pay a little more to use a local shop. That was a mistake.

She said to email adam@signitquick.com and that he was right there and she would tell him to look out for our email. We emailed him and never once got a return email or call back. We gave him more than a day to respond and he did not. So we tried their competitor right down the road from them and she gave pricing right over the phone and had us a quote right away. We emailed our artwork over and we were able to pay, get the signs done and be done with the process before Adam has even had a chance to return our email, which I assume we won't get a reply. If you need something done in a timely manner, I wouldn't suggest this company.
