Cleaner was very nice, did a great job deep cleaning specifically my stove top and moldy shower and stayed much longer than initially anticipated time to get everything done. Some minor hiccups along the way (cleaner was much later than initially planned, some of that was due to traffic though/not her fault, and some areas on kitchen cabinets were missed). I was so excited to start services with maidpure, but disappointed. We had our first cleaning one month ago. They did a decent job, but the glass patio doors weren't clean, the door wasn't locked when they left (I requested that in the form I had to complete before service) and no aromatherapy was used as specified in their package. I contacted them the day of to give them the feedback. They did say they would come back the following day (Saturday) to fix it, but I declined since that would mean we'd have to change our plans. I confirmed the next appointment was December 8th (monthly appointments) and they said they had us scheduled. However, no one showed up on Friday. I emailed them that afternoon to see if it was perhaps a miscommunication, but haven't heard back. I really needed the house cleaned before guests arrive so am just going to go with another service. This was the worse experience I have ever had with any company. Felt scammed and ripped off. I hired them to deep clean my house. Was very detailed with what I needed, with the focus on dusting and cleaning the baseboards. The rest of the house was in good shape. Not one single room was actually cleaned. The crew only cleaned 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1/2 a kitchen and a den in 3 hours. Rooms they did not enter at all were the other half of the kitchen, 1/2 bath, living room, dining room, sun room, and laundry room. Not one room was actually cleaned. I do not know what the crew did for 3 hours. I mean it wasn't even vacuumed. The cleaning was inspected by the owner, Heather and the cleaning was approved, even after I was pointing out things left and right. When I asked Heather if she was the owner, she lied and said, no I'm just a manager. Heather illegal walked into my house (disturbing to say the least). I found this strange woman randomly going through my house. Who does that? Enters a private residence and starts looking through it without knocking or asking permission. Can I recommend this company, absolutely not. Your house will not be cleaned to any basic standard. You might as well through your money down the drain. As you can see in the photos my house was not cleaned. I wish the I could upload the videos and y'all could actually see how really bad it was. It was a horrific experience for my family. I first hired Maid Pure in August 2018 to clean my home every 2 weeks. Although the service initially was excellent, after a few months it began to vacillate wildly. The situation was not helped by the fact that I was sent so many different workers, and, based both on what they said and my own observation, Maid Pure seems to face tremendous turnover. Sometimes my house was beautifully cleaned, quite a number of times not so much. In addition, my agreement with Maid Pure was for 4 hours of labor (2 people who stayed for 2 hours). More than once did I have to call up Maid Pure after only 1 person showed up for 2 hours. Last time was the final straw. I called the billing department and the woman said she would look into it and call me back. Never heard back. read more

MaidPure came for 5 hours and cleaned my house. 1 cleaner for 3 hours 2 cleaners for 1 hour Then their superiver came by after they left and said it wasn't cleaned well and they would do A 'reclean' free of charge. So the next day 2 cleaners showed up for 2 more hours. Then the bill came... For $358.75! So my husband called and talked to Heather. He explained that they only did 5 hours of work and the 2nd day was supposed to be free of charge. She said she would get back to us and she would call. Several weeks later we got a second invoice for $300! 5 hours x $35 does not = $300 Still haven't heard back from Heather and when I talked with Jayne she said that nothing could be done. Well thank you for overcharging for a bad job. I still had to clean my base boards upstairs and dust after the sencond time! For that price I have my windows cleaned and the house sparkling. I called and got an estimate and scheduled right away for deep cleaning. 3 very professional and friendly women showed up promptly with all their supplies, surveyed the area, assigned jobs and immediately got to work, no breaks for 4 straight hours. Wow!!! I wish that I could give MaidPure more than 5 stars! My home was cleaned this past weekend, and I cannot get over what an amazing job they did. Everything is so shiny and clean now... it's like a new home again. There were so many surprises.. they swept the front porch, emptied every trash can (even ones that I never thought they'd find)... they even arranged my children's toys in a fun way. Terrible cleaning service. If you want to pay someone for YOU to have to go back and clean again, this is the place. I had 2 cleaners perform a "move in" clean before our moving truck arrived...afterwards we noticed the kitchen was not clean. After speaking with Heather the next day, she stated that another crew would go back and finish the cleaning, then call me when they were out. I never received the call and on move in day my house was still dirty. I received an invoice for $300 and my wife and I still had to clean the house. I called and let Heather know I was dissatisfied but she said declared that they did the best they could because they had several cleaners at my house - she assumed that since she sent 4 people that they were automatically done. Even after sending pictures of all of the dirty cabinets, crumbs on countertops, dust and webs in corners, etc, she still said I would not receive a refund. Paid this company and still had to clean myself, what a total waste of money this company is. read more

I started using Maid Pure a year ago. Loved them. In November, they had a change over in their employee who schedules and there was a no show. No one ever contacted me. After calling, I was told they thought I cancelled my service. I thought nothing if it except that is was strange since this happened right after their employee left. Got back on track and yesterday I had another no show, no contact , and no reply to my email or phone text. What I do have is a text from the owner with the lady who has been cleaning my house for a year in which she was told she no longer had a job. She was concerned that my house was not going to get cleaned and was told they had no one to clean it and she could take me in as a private client if she wanted. I would not recommend using this company. They were fantastic house cleaners but their business practices are unprofessional and rude. I have yet to be contacted for a no show and it is the weekend of Mother's Day. read more

They were great! Prompt, courteous, and really strive to understand each client's specific needs. They were comfortable around my 3 large dogs - which is a big plus. MaidPure cleaned our house and did a typical cleaning job that is worth about $125-$150. We were charged $275. Not an issue. The bill was sent email to my wife. Two days later some woman calls and tells my wife they have not received the check and have added a late charge!! After some direct discussion the woman "drops" the late charge. Thanks. Then the woman calls back 2 days later and rudely says "Where is the check?". Its the US Mail at Christmas. We would not recommend this service and have had 8 large homes around the US and 20 cleaning services and have never had this type of rude treatment. read more
