What a wonderful service. We were moving from Charleston to a city 600 miles away and had to be at the new location the entire time while our condo was being sold, and while movers were going to pack up and move all contents to our new location. YourTime handled all the work involved. They managed some needed repairs before we listed the condo, finding the best qualified and most reasonably priced contractors, and then were on site when the repairs were made to assure they were done properly. They helped prep the condo for showings and after it sold supervised all moving activities - being on site overseeing packing, loading and final clean-up. They communicated with us throughout, sent photos of progress, made helpful suggestions, and overall did a wonderful job assuring everything was done that needed doing, and doing everything they could to help us keep our worries and anxieties at ease. If I were to move back to Charleston, I'd keep YourTime working for me on a regular basis, doing many of the day to day chores that take more time than I have to devote to them, but that are important and that I need to be sure are done properly on my schedule. Your Time Personal Assistants have been an absolute lifesaver for me in setting up my new house in Charleston. As soon as I met owner, Shawnda Poynter, after closing on the home, I knew I was in excellent hands. Shawnda showed up with a detailed questionnaire with questions I would never have even have thought of but were indeed important (i.e. if an assistant has a question, should they text or call? How long should they wait before just using their best judgement? Did I need my assistant to wear a certain uniform?). I have been using Your Time to coordinate and receive both furniture and package deliveries, set up furniture and household machines, let contractors in, organize mail and to do light cleaning. All of the assistants have been thoroughly punctual, respectful, thoughtful and kind. They consistently volunteer ideas for extra work they can do during their 4 hour a week visits. I wanted to send my fiancé some bourbon and snacks while he was on his bachelor trip in Charleston. I live in Connecticut, and found Your Time Personal Assistants on Google. It was the easiest experience to use them. I worked with Shawnda and gave her specific items I wanted, a max budget that I wanted to spend, and the address of the hotel/date of the trip. She consulted with me on the likely number of hours the task would take and suggested ways to minimize costs. They delivered everything and the guys had it waiting for them upon check-in and loved it! Shawnda send me pics of the items, a pic of the delivery to the hotel, and an itemized bill.
