They managed some needed repairs before we listed the condo, finding the best qualified and most reasonably priced contractors, and then were on site when the repairs were made to assure they were done properly. They helped prep the condo for showings and after it sold supervised all moving activities - being on site overseeing packing, loading and final clean-up. They communicated with us throughout, sent photos of progress, made helpful suggestions, and overall did a wonderful job assuring everything was done that needed doing, and doing everything they could to help us keep our worries and anxieties at ease. If I were to move back to Charleston, I'd keep YourTime working for me on a regular basis, doing many of the day to day chores that take more time than I have to devote to them, but that are important and that I need to be sure are done properly on my schedule.
