They are usually very quick to help and get through the line of people of there is one and have different price options to choose from. I have been going to PACK & MAIL on Camp Road since they opened and continued to use them through their move years ago. Sharon and Barbara always deliver excellent service. They are so efficient and know exactly what to do and how to do it for packing and for shipping! They also have a lot of really cool stuff that would make wonderful stocking stuffers or even to add to a welcome basket. They have all your shipping supplies and everything is fairly priced. If you have not checked them out, you should go! Just know that they are closed on the weekend read more

Package shipped November 11th with one-of-a-kind hand painted Elephant and Morris Island Lighthouse palm frond never was delivered. I called and was told it would be tracked but I never heard anything more and the recipient confirms it was never received. Owner doesn't wear a mask either. :-( read more

TERRIBLE people. Scary manager who saw us driving around the back parking lot looking to where we could take some large items in the store. We parked up front and instead of helping us he screamed for us to move the car. I went back and apologized and he was still in my face. Use UPS just down the street. read more

Honestly the only thing that I did here was print something out but when I asked about shipping information she was honest but it cost a little bit more than normal postoffice. i've experienced other locations that I've said it's the same, it is not! She is very helpful and honest and has a great shop with various different items as well. read more

I went to the new location today and as usual, going there instead of the UPS Store paid off. I couldn't find my atm card so a customer there offered to pay for my shipping. On the way home,freaking cause I thought I'd lost my card, the staff from Pack & Mail called to tell me they found my card. Upon arriving to the Pack & Mail I was greeted warmly; explained my need and the lady behind the counter printed the documents with in seconds!! I was impressed by the customer service, promptness, quality and efficiency of this location. They even had a document holder for purchase. I've loved this place in the past, but in Jan 04th 2021, I expect the staff and clientele to wear masks. Neither employee was masked today and the two gentlemen in front of me were unmasked. They didn't even bother bringing their masks inside with them. I'm assuming they are regulars and know this establishment does not require them. read more

Pack & Mail Goes Over and Beyond I needed to have some family heirlooms shipped from Charleston, where I used to live, to my new home in Los Angeles. I had used Pack & Mail in the past for simple shipments, but nothing this complex. Sharon greeted me and helped me to get the items inside. As I began unpacking them, she told me that they had a fantastic local resource who specialized in polishing and restoring metals. I had several beautiful silver and brass pieces that had been boxed up for years and were very tarnished. I was excited about the idea of restoring their beauty and Sharon said she would call their resource. Within half an hour, he had called me and we discussed what he could do. When complete, he returned all of the items to Pack & Mail, who then carefully packed and shipped my items. The restoration work is stunning and I felt so well cared for. While I typically leave reviews to warn people about bad service. I need to make a better habit of letting people know about excellent service. I had a package to ship to New Hampshire. It was bulky and I was quite sure the other competing package store would be unable to assist me because of the new management and new staff. After quick consultation with the ladies in charge I was sure the box would be packed without an issue. And if they had done just that it would've been regular service. What makes this experience so wonderful is they repacked my package and got it to fit into a smaller box thereby saving me money on shipping costs. Really never this place was here! This is the only place to ship a pkg Fedex also. The lady running it is really nice and knowledgeable about what you might need to get something from point a to b. Also they have so many really cool items to buy. Yes stuff you wouldnt normally get but there it is! Beach scoops, who knew. Use them to scoop up stuff at the beach, shells, money, etc. A vast amount of cards too. I am now going to use this place on a regular basis. read more

This is a seriously convenient and helpful business. They serve as a UPS & FedEx drip iff center which isn't advertised by those companies. It saves me a longer trip to those drop centers. The people here are super savvy about Amazon and other returns and will help you with all of it and even print your label for you. They have taught me a few things about Amazon returns and I thought I was an expert. If you have any questions, just call and they will explain everything on the phone. read more

If no stars were an option, that would be my choice. I took a package into the store and asked them to mail it. Postage was already on the package from a US Postal meter. I just needed it to be picked up and mailed. The clerk then proceeded to put their own label and charge postage to it. Double selling postage is not legal. When I asked for an explanation she wouldn't give one. Hung up on me when I asked for a refund because I already paid postage once, there was no reason for Pack and Mail to charge me again. The package was not under posted either. No response from them has been given on this matter nor have they attempted to remedy the situation. This is not how a small local company should operate if they'd like to maintain a decent reputation within their community. There's ample proof that they are dishonest. read more

This place is the best. Soooo accommodating. I had some google docs to print so I brought in my laptop. I'm not that familiar with google docs so they walked me thru the downloading process. Not only did I get my docs printed, but I learned a lot along the way. And they were REALLY nice about helping me out. Working away from home isn't fun or easy, thank you for your help. read more
