Four people waiting outside for the store to open when it should have opened 20 minutes ago. Store hours are 8 am but door is locked and nobody inside. Parking is kind of difficult if you have something heavy or a lot of boxes to bring in. The employees were nice, but did continue doing other things when a long line had formed, typically they will focus on getting people through the line when it gets long like this so that was a little disappointing. They gave me receipts for my packages and I left after about 10 minutes. read more

They NEED to open promptly!!! No one is here and it's repetitive!!! it looks like the business owner does not care about this location. Customers are here waiting in the rain waiting for someone to open. This is unacceptable as a business owner do better. read more

I am a big fan of this store, not only for shipping packages, but also for the fact that it makes me so happy to be reminded of one of the best moments of my life each and every time I have to ship something. It was an easy in and out for me yesterday. I needed to return a purchase from Amazon. I was in Mount Pleasant and had time to kill so I was not sitting in traffic. Waze took me to this location. I walked in and was able to walk right up to the counter with no issues returning my item. The only complaint is parking. The UPS store is in a shopping center with Publix and several other businesses. It took me a minute to find a spot that was not close at all to the UPS store. I didn't mind getting extra steps in but just an idea if you had something big or heavy to ship or take in! read more

Donavan retrieved two vintage amplifiers from a nearby store and shipped them to me in Miami. Vintage amps are delicate because they have tubes and...they are old. When I got the boxes I was surprised at the expertise with which they were packed. Although Donavan would have removed the tubes and packed them separately, I had him ship he amps with tubes installed. Because the were so cleverly packed, the tubes were safe and the amps lit right up. This UPS store responded promptly and went above and beyond my expectations. My phone calls were answered promptly and they are to be recommended for hiring a highly competent and professional employee like Donavan. read more

This was a clean, well-organized UPS store. Employees were helpful, and service was prompt.

Arrived at door of UPS at 6:28pm and the lady working there shut the door and locked it as I was reaching for the handle. 2 customers were still inside. When they came out, they said that she threatened not to serve them as well despite being prior to 6:30 closing time. Poor customer service. read more

Three times this week I have gone to drop off packages and the service was good. My issue is that the same employee is not wearing a face masks. Mount pleasant has an ordnance's that requires masks while inside places of public business. A sign on the door states that customers must wear one but the employee is not. Our state wide covid cases are going up. read more

I unfortunately have to ship out of this store very often, and every time, I try to get in and out as fast as I possibly can because the staff is not helpful, not personable whatsoever, and always act like they are miserable in their jobs and that the customer is an inconvenience. The only exception to this is a woman named Lisa who works there - she has always been super kind and capable! When I visited this week, the three male clerks working actually told me that they do not carry UPS Express Boxes. ....at the UPS store? I had to tell him that I know that they do, and where he could find them behind the counter, because that's where I always see the employees pull them from. If that wasn't off putting enough, the man helping me then proceeded to make a comment to me about another woman's weight - so inappropriate. I've decided that even though this is the closest location to my house, I will never use this store again. read more

If I could give a zero for my experience, I would. I dropped off a warranty return that needed to to go UPS per the instructions of the warranty provider. Only when I tried to track my overdue product did I find out the UPS sent my package USPS First Class. I am out an expensive pair of sunglasses. I cannot track the package, and the shipping addresses are different for the warranty provider for UPS versus USPS. Absolutely no indication was given me at the UPS store #2130 that my package would go USPS. That is why I went out of my way to go to UPS in the first place rather than the Post Office. Very poor customer service, I asked for help tracking down a package and I had to ask one of the employees to elaborate on each question I asked. After leaving the store, I proceeded to call the customer service number on UPS' website and the representative was able to help me find my package and explained why I could not locate the package. I was disappointed with the store's demeanor, I won't be giving them my business any more. read more

Went to this location this morning from out of time after reading the two previous reviews. I am not sure why the poor reviews except persons expectations. I waited in line while they helped a young women with her USPS problem offering great suggestions to save her money and advice. I've had the pleasure of using this store to ship several large items over the past couple of years. My most recent experience was yesterday when I had to ship a desk top computer. First of all, as I wrestled to open the door while carrying the computer, Kristin sprinted to the door to open it for me. She was then very patient while I considered the different options she had presented me with. When I finally decided what was best, she cheerfully started the entire process over from the beginning. She gave me a special discount without my even asking for one, and she also made sure I didn't forget my things when I left. I have never had a less-than-pleasant and positive experience here. Do not use this place unless you want everything damaged to hell and back. I had to have a shipped item returned to me after I had shipped it. It was returned broken and damaged. The staff said that they had inspected it when it returned so I too their word for it. When I opened it I found that four wheels were broken off of a cart. They refused to reimburse me for it. They lie about everything and have the worst customer service. DO NOT USE UPS!!! read more

I regularly ship items via UPS and I usually use another location. But I will NEVER EVER return to this location. I needed to tape 3 UPS labels to 3 small boxes I was shipping. They actually charged me $1 per box for TAPE! Yes, for using their tape dispenser to tape my label to the box. When I questioned the charge I was told they have to buy tape just like I would at home. No, that is a normal expense your business incurs because they ship stuff all day and use tape. Unbelievable! I've never heard of this level of cheapness before. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else where you won't be itemized for every move you make while in that place. read more
