My only con about this business that keeps me second guessing is pricing. Prices are available online when you book your appointment, however you are HIGHLY up charged once everything is said and done. I originally went in to have my industrial and three small cartilage diamonds placed back in (NOT pierced) as they were too small to do it myself. Pricing online shows $20. I figured I would spend maybe $30-$40 with tip. I ended up paying $75 which is significantly more than getting an entire piercing! Additionally, I had to wait 20-25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I'm usually fine with waiting, but I don't like how online it states if you show up 10 min past your appointment time, you may be charged full price and need to reschedule. I can't help but feel taken advantage of.

I elected to get a nose piercing and Chelsea helped guide me through the whole process. It was soooo much easier and less painful than I had expected it to be. My only reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the $20 cleaning spray should be included with the price of the piercing/jewelry. I went for a free piercing and ended up spending over $100 on what I thought was a $65 piece of jewelry when you added the cleaning solution, tax, and tip.

What a gem! She was very thorough in answering all of my questions, took the time to explain procedures, options, costs, risks and so forth. Autumn was very professional, kind and transparent from start to finish. Her team member Ms Tehya was equally welcoming and professional. I would feel totally comfortable referring my mom to her! While I was there, another client came back asking for help with her piercing. Autumn and Tehya worked as a team, making sure to understand the lady's concerns, and finding a solution right away. I'm a firm believer that if a place that does body altering/body art cannot fully answer a client's questions, if they leave you feeling like you're bothering them, or that your time, money, satisfaction and well-being are not important, then that place is not in the business for the right reasons.
