Said there was a 24 hr "sanitation" period and that we could either reschedule (for the next day after we were already there) and wait the 24 hrs or buy new jewelry. She then said she'd "waive" a $25 processing fee that we were supposed to pay to reuse jewelry. Meanwhile, no one of this information is provided on their website as true. She was trying to scam us. We came back less than 24 hrs later after rescheduling, and they sanitized the jewelry then, even though she insisted they had to keep it to autoclave it for 24 hrs prior to piercing. It was a total scam. I will never return to MOLA again. She should be trained in how to treat customers. The girl that did the piercing was great and very sweet. I've patronized this establishment in the past and was disappointed in the somewhat lackadaisical attitude of staff today.
