Anyways me and my girlfriends got matching permanent bracelets. We were told the ones we got were solid gold or gold filled. Which is perfect for me as I have very sensitive skin and will break out in hives if the material is not gold, gold filled, platinum, sterling silver, or surgical steel. Anyways loved the bracelet until a day later I break out in hives. And this thing is permanent (literally had to cut it off)!!! And $100.... I have attached photos of my hives and the bracelet that is the culprit. Not to mention, I was traveling from the north east so I was already home and could not go back to make a return or exchange. So I decided to go on their Instagram and message someone to help me for a refund as I just threw this bracelet in the trash. The employee online was so rude and basically told me I literally can't do anything but return it. Meanwhile, my bracelet was already in the trash. Which I told them and they said they still would need it to be returned. Gross!!! At the end of the day, they can keep my money and the bracelet will stay in the trash. What a shame. Please watch out sensitive skin girlies bc these bracelets are not the material they say they are!!!

There are some items that are right on point for what they should cost. However, I did find many things slightly over-priced. There's a central checkout right at front and center-- I think I noticed two cashiers up front to check you out!
