This is basically a Charleston local TJ Maxx. My boyfriend found a cute button-down polo top (performance fabric) with stripes, J.Crew brand for $25. I tried on a bunch of things, but they weren't quite right for my body. Next time! Employees were very friendly and they were a bunch of cute non-clothing items too. There are some yeti mugs and knickknacks. read more

This is honestly a great concept as an overstock store for outlets and I am glad this stuff is not ending up in a landfill! There are tons of great brands that they sell at really good prices. There's all kinds of clothing as well as different little gift items and fun knickknacks. It's a bit crowded with racks but that just means there's more to look through! Dressing rooms are along the back wall which was convenient. I'm glad we stopped into this little shop! read more

I just sort stumbled upon Oops! and since I've never seen nor heard of an Oops! store, had to stop by and check it out. It's basically clothing, men's, women's and children's, along with a few unique near novelty like items. The quality of the clothing is pretty good and the prices seem fair enough. All of the clothing and other items are neatly displayed in an orderly fashion with many of the patterns and designs unique to Oops! and not found elsewhere. read more

Oops isn't a bad place. It's cheap for downtown Charleston, so if for some reason you can't get out of downtown easily (like if you don't have a car, or if you're a student), Oops is a good place to go to find nice clothes- and mature clothes, not trashy junk- pretty cheap. They have overstock clothes from J Crew, Ann Taylor, Old Navy, etc. They even have a pretty decent selection of name brand workout clothes and a few things for kids, as well as some fancy reusable shopping bags, tervis tumblers, etc. I stopped in today, the clearance was 40% off and I got two tank tops that were both J Crew (with cut tags) for $5 and some change. Not too shabby! If you can leave the peninsula, I'd hit the outlet mall in North Charleston instead, but for King Street, Oops is a great place to shop without breaking the bank. read more

Is this some sort of South Carolina shopping secret that I'm going to get in trouble for ousting? Really, I can't believe no one else has reviewed Oops yet! This store is in the heart of Charleston's best shops on King Ave, yet it differs from the big-name-big-price places by its unique business model. I'm not really sure how they do it, but Oops is like an outlet store for outlet stores. Overstocked items from major retailers (think: Banana, Ann Taylor, Gap, etc.) somehow trickle down and are sold for a fraction of the cost here. Someone else's "oops" is your gain! They had a great selection of women's tops and dresses, a few things for men and kids, along with some bags, beach accessories, jewelry, and belts. Most of the name brand tags were either cut or blacked out for whatever reason, but a WHBM dress is still obviously from WHBM, even when you can only see half the tag. There was a Banana dress I'd seen at an official outlet store literally just a week before that Oops was selling for 1/3 of the price, but sizes were very scattered so I still couldn't make it mine. The crowded shop was a little hard to navigate as there didn't seem to be much of an organizational system, and the, "How ya'll doin?" upon entering was the only help the staff members offered even after my friend and I circled the racks for the hundredth time. This shop is definitely worth checking out from time to time to scope the latest stock. Big points for creativity, and even bigger points for potential. read more

The OOPS! Co on King Street in Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for name brand clothing and accessories at really good values. They are always getting new items in so it is cool to come in all of the time to see what new things they have. I have been really happy with the purchases I have made here throughout the years. If you like preppy clotbing and want to save $ ...this is the place...the store is a bit crowded ...go during the week.

Similar to others, I find this store a bit pricey for a "discount" shop. It's geared more to the female demo but they do have a men's section. Generally the guys stuff is for unfashionable dads who are looking for any shirt vs a particular shirt. I've never really find anything that was a must have but visiting friends and family have found some good deals on touristy or souvenir stuff. I wouldn't say it's not worth stopping in if you're spending the day shopping on King St but be prepared for hit or miss. read more

Great shopping whether you have a lot to spend or a little. They have preppy clothing, accessories, and gifts. They have brands such as Scout, Yeti, and Simply Southern. The Mount Pleasant location has a bathroom and dressing rooms. The Scout items are currently on sale for 25% off as of 7/27. Oops! offers a selection at both retail price and discounted. They have dress clothes, casual clothes, PJs and even work out clothes! It's also a wonderful place to go for gifts- like something to put your wine or water in (E.g. Swig or Corkcicle). I love their jewelry! I got a pair of dangly earrings for $10 and a necklace for $12. read more

What a great staple in Charleston. They have literally been around since I worked at A W Shucks in the 80s(different location then) and still the same deal. Good place for us folks that just want a good pair of khakis and a deal. Your typical Izod or other preppie piece of attire. They have more than that of course but the official outfit of Charleston is khakis and a golf shirt or button down. This is the perfect place for that. And what was really cool about this visit is that the oldest bother on Alaska Bush People was there shopping. He actually talked to me. A real celebrity sighting. Great store on King and you never know who you might see in there. The store clerk said that Jamie Lee Curtis was in there the week prior buying lots of stuff for her nieces and nephews. read more

Love this store! I always stop in here when I'm in town! They have a great selection of Yeti and mud pie that is reasonably priced.

Ok maybe I am just to cheap, frugal, or used to my oops type stores up North but this place was priced high comparingly. I was expecting a Gabriel brothers and instead I found a store with tags $20 a and more. I would skip this unless you need clothes really bad and you see this is cheaper than the other stores nearby read more

Well, unfortunately this place was a little too crowded and confusing for me after a long day of shopping downtown. I browsed a little and couldn't really find anything of interest. The store itself was extremely cluttered and disorganized. Lack of management is evident. Store manager neglected to greet my party and I, and I was met with an attitude and zero hospitality. She exhibited a clear lack of leadership skills. Will never shop again! read more
