Staples on Houston Northcutt Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is one of my favorite office supply stores in the area as it is easy to access and find exactly what you need quickly when you need something on the move. The staff here is very helpful and takes time to make sure that you have everything that you need. I have had a really good experience every time I have shopped here.

I have shopped Staples for at least 20 years. It is where I buy all my office needs, and the only place where I have ever purchased desk tops computers in the past & all my laptops & printers. They are competitive in their prices & have a great rewards plan.

The worst Staples to exist genuinely. They do not care about your time. They are so slow, it's unbelievable

They would rather perform closing duties than serve the customers. Customer service at an all time low

Being able to try a pillow for 10 days before purchasing is such a smart idea. On my first visit, Tom asked detailed questions about what I was looking for and what type of bed I sleep on--and they actually had my bed in the showroom, which made a huge difference. I was able to see how my body settled into the mattress with each pillow. I tried 4-5 pillows and went home with a loaner that same day. I've been back a few times to switch pillows, even taking a short break and returning again as my symptoms changed. Throughout the entire process, Tom has been incredible--compassionate, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right solution. It never felt rushed or sales driven. I haven't found the perfect pillow yet due to significant inflammation in my neck, but I'll absolutely be back once my symptoms calm down. If you're looking for a quality pillow and expert guidance--especially if you deal with neck pain--I highly recommend Relax the Back Charleston.

I called the store and the employee said that I would have to bring them back in and try two new ones because there must have been an electronic glitch in the ones I purchased. I brought them back in the store, received two new ones and brought them home only to find that they had the same issue as the first two. The employee seemed less than concerned about the fact that their products didn't work, unapologetic and un-sympathetic to the fact that I had to take multiple trips (I spent 2 hours through the entire process) because of the lack of quality they are selling. Really disheartening because I want to believe in this method of purchasing ink cartridges!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!…read more The first time shopping here was a bad experience but the second time shopping was a horrible experience. About a couple years ago, I purchased a set of ink cartridges for a Brother mfc-290c that I had owned. To my surprise, the black did not print at all. Barry from cartridge world in Mount Pleasant S.C told me over the phone that the heads needed cleaning and I should bring the printer in to let him check it out. However, I decided at the time to stop using the old Brother printer and get a new printer from a local office supply store. For a long time, I stopped shopping at cartridge world until recently; and regretfully so. The other day I purchased a HP-61 black replacement. The same Barry greeted me. He immediately took my old cartridge and said, "In order to get a replacement you have to give me your old cartridge" which was bad news because my old one wasn't completely empty. To make a long story short, once again the black replacement was empty. But this time I called in to file a complaint and Barry told me over the phone to just bring it back and he will replace it for me. When I arrived at Cartridge World He proceeded to charge me full price for the replacement. I refused after being misled by the phone conversation as if he was going to replace it free of charge. And that's not all, Barry tried to keep my faulty cartridge but I asked him to give it back to me. I traded in an almost empty cartridge only to pay for a completely empty one. What an arrogant RIP OFF!!!!!!

Barking at me if I used my own paper and it won't take it etc. Well it did thanks to your associate. If your professional printer cant handle resume paper you have bigger issues. If you can print at work, at home or even a friends house I would. It's not worth the attitude and frustration.

Earlier this week, I specifically had to go to a FedEx location to mail back a textbook (prepaid) from Chegg. I selected this location as it was the closest one near me still open. I was delighted to see they were open until 9:00 PM. If I'm being honest, I think my time at this FedEx was marred by a customer, not an employee, who was astonishingly naive and lacking any and all information related to mailing and postal services. While I appreciate her giving spirit, this customer had 40+ tiny wrapped presents that she wanted the FedEx employee to personally box and mail to various addresses across the country herself. Not the biggest deal, except for on top of lacking any organization and preparation, she felt the need to describe in detail each and every gift and recipient. I was in genuine disbelief. The employee, I believe her name was Jenny (maybe..??), did such an appropriate job handling this bizarre encounter. She knowledgeably and patiently answered each of the customer's questions and was kind in her responses to the person's odd commentary. At the same time, she was mindful of my time and did not lallygag or respond in a manner that would force additional conversation (Thanks for looking out!). After almost an entire hour passed, it was finally my turn to mail my two packages. The employee apologized for my wait, though it was no fault of her own. (In retrospect, I should have just left, but I got trapped by the sunken cost fallacy.) The one package was "free" for me to mail since it was prepaid and another package of random goodies weighing 2.5 lbs cost me $10. I chose not to mail a 3rd package of hot sauce given that the shipping costs would be close to $30. Regarding the atmosphere of this location, there were some issues with appearance of cleanliness as can be noted in the photos, but this was mostly due to leaves on the floor caused by an open door and another delivery person packing a truck. I have full confidence it would have been cleaned by day's end/the next morning. The packing and prep station was very small, so this is not a place I would recommend you come to in order to pack your packages; you'd do best to come with them already handled. There were some nice products for sale - most I wouldn't buy in general (e.g., plastic badge holders) but some I certainly would, such as the birthday and pretty everyday-themed bubble mailers. Prices are as you'd expect - higher than typical but not totally unreasonable if you are limited on time and travel. I would say my biggest "complaint" with this facility was the fact that only one person was working (and especially so close to the holidays!) While I understand I was experiencing a particularly unique situation, I am sure it is not that uncommon for customers to do something like this that takes up a lot of time. Of course, I was personally irritated, but more importantly, I sincerely felt bad for the employee who had to handle this all alone... on top of aiding the delivery person, addressing other customers (members, business people) who just dropped off piles and piles of prepaid packages, and keeping an eye out on the store. This is so much for just one person to handle, and I especially didn't like her having to do this alone at night. I write this because I hope a manager or business employee will take the time to read and consider making changes. All that to say, to get to the point of the review, I have no qualm with recommending this FedEx location for others in the area who need to mail a package. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to come here, nor would I particularly think to choose this place over a standard post office, but if one is in the area or needs to get some mailing complete outside past 4:00-5:00 pm, this is a fine place to choose.
