One of the services that they advertise on the front of their building is making signs. I took in a small already fabricated metal sign on Thursday with a copy of what we wanted to put on the sign. I went back in on Tuesday mid morning just to see if there was any progress the and if they had a proof. They lost the sign in the store so I stood around for 30 minutes while they looked for it. Then I was told another employee will be in at 10:30 that may know where it was so I decided to head back over at 10:45. Once in the store, I was totally ignored by the lady that was the one that actually took my order. She was within 6 feet from me, didn't say a word and she went straight to the back room never to be seen again. That left one lady at the counter, waiting on multiple customers as they came in while the gentleman was preoccupied with something else. I was able to get his attention after 30 minutes and asked him if I could speak to him in private. That other employee ended up showing at 11:30 went back behind the counter and then all of a sudden the gentleman reached up on the shelf and I heard him say here it is. Handed it to her, and then she came over, laid it on the counter in front of me. No apology ! They just continued to go about their business.

He's located in a little old white trailer on Cosgrove just off of Spruill, but don't let the neighborhood or appearance deter you. Mr. Doughty is the nicest, most pleasant individual I have ever dealt with and he is very efficient in what he does. For $5, he will notarize any document you may need, same as any other notary public, but with him, you feel as though you are in good hands and won't ever feel rushed. I'm planning to use Mr. Doughty's notary public services for every notarization we need from now on! Please go see him and be sure to tell others who may need a notary public as well!
