I'm sharing my recent experience because it was really disappointing. The service has noticeably…read moredeclined. In January 2026, they picked up two boxes from my home in US but neither was shipped out for nearly two weeks. Worse, the boxes were split--sent to different locations and arrived at different times. One box finally reached the Philippines in early April, but the second one still hasn't arrived at its destination city. I'm now returning to the U.S., after my vacation and the box has not arrived yet. Honestly, this level of inconsistency and lack of follow-through makes me question if I'll ever use them again. There are other forwarders out there offering better service and great rates--it's clear they're not the only option, and maybe not even the best one anymore.

A huge thank you to Esmeralda for providing such professional, friendly, and efficient notary…read moreservices! She made the entire process quick and stress-free. One of the biggest reasons we chose this location was the convenience. The UPS Store in Norwalk is open until 7:00 PM, and we were incredibly grateful that Esmeralda was available for notary services right up until closing. Since we both work until 5:00 PM, finding a notary during traditional 9-5 business hours is almost impossible, especially with rush hour traffic. Being able to stop by after work and get our documents notarized gave us complete peace of mind. It's a service that is truly invaluable for anyone with a busy work schedule. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and accommodating notary, I highly recommend Esmeralda at the UPS Store in Norwalk. We'll definitely be back for any future notary needs!

UPDATE: my package is magically starting to en route 2-3 hours after I came to make a scene at this…read morelocation and wrote this review. This package has not been moving in 8 days. What a coincidence! THE WORKERS NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. So many people lost their valuable packages here. So I've been dropping off packages at this location for years without a single issue--until I dropped off a package contained an expensive purse inside. Now, suddenly, tracking shows the package never left the facility. I went in to check, and conveniently, no one could find it. The worker, who was a tall, Samoan looking female scanned my package, and also told me to file an online claim for my $4000 purse. It's awfully suspicious that the only package to go missing just happens to be the first high-value item I've sent. I trusted this location for a long time, but after this experience, I highly suggest you think twice before leaving anything valuable here.
