I could feel the coziness when I entered the office, and everything looked in order. Soon I realized why the place is appealing and pleasant to visitors. Very professional, polite, and friendly staff are the backbone of every good memory you bring back with you after your job is accomplished. A gentleman who introduced himself when I asked his name as Anthony Brooks was handling all the visitors' jobs unilaterally. He was describing every single point a visitor may need to know before even they attempt to ask and was checking all documents and their contents with optimum precision and reminding them whatever needed to be added or changed. To provide a perfect job for every visitor, he had to go to the back part of their station and come back with the solution to satisfy the customers' requirements best. My job didn't take much time. However, I witnessed when he was handling other two customers' inquiries who had similar jobs ahead of me. I thought it was my commitment to let him and all dedicated individuals like him know that their devotion to their work and responsibilities are recognized. Let them know that their patience while handling customers with optimal care and respect and going above and beyond to make the jobs being carried as memorable pieces of art is getting noticed and admired. We all need to appreciate and recognize our community service providers in any positions they might serve the public. They are our community assets.

Unless you're a masochist…read more I broke up with Timonium and started bringing my box (es) to the post office at Green Spring Station at Falls and Joppa. It is tiny, but gives mighty good service. If there is ever a line, it's moving quickly and the workers are patient and always professional. Last Christmas I witnessed a woman treat the clerk very disrespectfully, yet he remained friendly and calm. Today I saw the same clerk helping an elderly woman label and tape her packages. So kind and patient. Maybe I should tell readers to not go here! It's been my little secret for awhile. In and out has never been so satisfying!

I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that. Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.

I also always like to look at the different stamps and asked to see the selection which was a good variety but also was informed they will be getting a few brand new ones in two weeks so while I did not purchase stamps this go round I now know new ones are coming soon. Clean inside , speedy helpful service , no line as it was so early but iv been here before with a few people ahead of me and it's never a super long wait or bother. I eventually found it and am now writing this review to do everyone else a favor. You're welcome! This post office is located near Columbia Mall, but you'll want to enter off of Little Patuxent Parkway. It's inside one of the shorter office buildings directly behind the mall and across from Merriweather/Symphony woods. The issue is that the storefront is not street-facing, so you'd have no idea it was there at all until you turned in. I believe the building is called the American City Building and there is a BB&T ATM nearby. Once you actually find it, you'll see that there are a couple of parking spots out front and plenty in the garage directly across from it. The lobby is on the smaller side with little packing space, so I'd suggest packing at home then dropping off. From what I learned, the end of the counter is the de facto drop off space for packages that are already posted and ready to go (as long as you don't need a tracking receipt). I didn't catch her name, but the blonde employee was so kind and courteous despite there being a line down the hall at 4:50pm, with a 5pm closing time. So happy to have written this review and gotten it off my chest because I was going around in literal circles around the mall lol.
