They deliver to this business everyday, yet they do not know when the business is open? I'm about to contact the seller to initiate a refund, and report to the authorities that the package was stolen. I will never again, buy anything from any business, that uses the USPS for shipping. Tomorrow will be the third delivery attempt, probably while the business is closed, AGAIN.

I had never used this post office because I live in Westminster, but today I was passing by an hour…read morebefore they opened and figured I'd run in to see if they had a kiosk I could use. I tried the door and to my surprise it was unlocked and Stacy was already inside working to get the office ready for the day. I had my baby in my hip and she immediately offered to help despite the fact that they weren't yet open saving me an extra trip out to the Westminster post office. She even called me an hour later to follow up and let me know she had verified the postage on the scale and mailed out my envelopes! I will definitely be going to this office for all my future post office needs!

But, The Post Master has the strictest…read morerules of any Post Office I've ever been to (And I probably Visit 10 different Post Offices in the state on a regular basis) .......... Post Master Ego......... Also, More Importantly, it's not a favor to accept mail at 4:45 when you close at 5:00......... If McDonalds Closes at Midnight you can buy as many burgers as you want at 11:45pm........

They're always open on time, have great stock of mailing supplies, professional, kind, super helpful and consistent. I swear I've been looking at the same smiling faces for many many years and they have a low turnover rate which speaks volumes. My mail carrier who I adore is from this location. She's amazing. She's so amazing, that it is safe to assume all of their carriers are just as amazing. She represents this location well. Although I know it's her job to deliver mail rain, snow, heatwave, etc, she does it w grace. Back to location... they always have the coolest stamps and I love it. I am a stamp girl and they always deliver. I am so thankful for this location, and I'm looking forward to more positive reviews that reflect the same.

The service here is poor at best. The mail shows up whenever during the dy and I've come to the…read moreconclusion that if it's a bad weather day, I won't be getting any mail until the next day. The women working behind the counters are either surly or apathetic-no in between. I am on a training route so I have a different mail carrier every day. Some of the carriers seem to be nice and efficient-some have even dropped delivered the mail at 6:30 or 6:45pm (kudos to them for working so late). Others are on their phones, and in some cases dropping "f-bomb. I have been on vacation 3 times this past year, filled the "hold mail" forms out and the mail still gets delivered. The first time I came home to wet packages and mail left on the front steps, the second 2 times, I've had my neighbors collect the mail. The next time I go on vacation, I am going to hand the form to the supervisor or postmaster, but I still am going to ask the neighbors to be on the lookout.

I am the POA for a friend who was living in Reisterstown MD. She has relocated to Winchester VA and…read morein March I completed a change of address form at the Reisterstown PO. I have been back there 5 or 6 times to pick up mail of hers that was never forwarded. Last attempt was on April 30th when I was in town to close on the sale of her house. A very pleasant older man helped me at the window; even took my phone number and said he would take care of this situation. It is the end of May and her mail has still not been FORWARDED!! i wouldn't care but I am responsible for paying her bills. If I don't get them that is difficult to do. I am most especially concerned because she has a payment planw ith the IRS and I am not getting that correspondence either. Not sure what I have to do to fix this issue but I need some kind of help.
