I own the building on Worthington Blvd at 3512. It comes with 3 mailboxes, one for each floor and each tenant. I have owned this building since it was built inn2007. The irresponsible postman, a tall man with curly white hair and glasses, decided on his own to remove my boxes and all evidence of 3512. He did this last year. My tenants complained to me because they had no other way of receiving their mail. In the past 6 months, I have gone 4 times to the Patrick st post office. Promises were made by different people. Finally, last week, I spoke to the clumsy postman's supervisor, Margaret Church. She promised to take care of it and guaranteed my tenants will receive correct labels with new mailboxes. I was happy to pay for new mailboxes and keys. I gave her my old mailbox keys and we agreed to meet today to correct this mistake. After waiting 30 minutes today for Margaret to show up, she came to talk to me. She appeared to be deeply influenced by irresponsible postman. No matter what lies he kept repeating, she accepted. It did not matter how far fetched his lies were. She has no leadership qualities and was swayed by his lies. I was deeply disappointed. It was unbelievable. My next step is to reach out to her bosses. Perhaps someone in this poorly managed post office will have a spine to stand up to bad employees such as this postman. He should have been fired years ago. In the meantime, even though I pay $11,000 in Frederick taxes, my tenants have no access to their mail. This is very bad customer service and a major disappointment.

I also always like to look at the different stamps and asked to see the selection which was a good variety but also was informed they will be getting a few brand new ones in two weeks so while I did not purchase stamps this go round I now know new ones are coming soon. Clean inside , speedy helpful service , no line as it was so early but iv been here before with a few people ahead of me and it's never a super long wait or bother. They have tried to charge me multiple times for extra packaging even when I have had everything boxed and labeled. They just want to over charge/ make money off of you in any way possible. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Business owners response is hilarious. Sir you are trying to charge for packaging when the return is already free and my engineering kit is covered by company insurance and a shipping account. I received it on Saturday March 14th and initiated the return process in which I received a QR code from Amazon. I went to the UPS store the following day on Sunday, March 15th and the young man at the counter scanned my QR code and said you're good to go. I thought wow, that was quick and fast service and left the store a happy customer. That was short lived! Not thinking to check my phone soon as I left the store to see if I had received a confirmation stating my return to Amazon was initiated, later that evening I noticed I never received any message regarding my return of the ink cartridge. I contacted Amazon and they have no record of any return for me from UPS. I called UPS and the gentleman that answered the phone said I should've received a confirmation that my return was initiated. So my questions are...what did he scan and what happened to my ink cartridge? This leaves me wondering is this some kind of scam? I'll know next time if I return something to ask for a paper receipt and check my phone immediately. I'll chalk this up as a loss, but if you're reading this, make sure you get a confirmation before you leave the store.

Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey!
