First, I had to pay nearly $25 to ship a tiny gift of far less value (okay-prices have gone up everywhere, so I accepted that!) The lady who helped me was friendly and checked that the info provided was okay etc, which was the case, so I paid. Then a week later, I RECEIVED MY OWN PACKAGE THAT I PAID $25 FOR BACK IN MY MAILBOX!
