I tried the door and to my surprise it was unlocked and Stacy was already inside working to get the office ready for the day. I had my baby in my hip and she immediately offered to help despite the fact that they weren't yet open saving me an extra trip out to the Westminster post office. She even called me an hour later to follow up and let me know she had verified the postage on the scale and mailed out my envelopes! I will definitely be going to this office for all my future post office needs!

Krystal came from the back and yell at me to get out.. the other nice gentleman who brought me to the back was trying to explain. she completely shut him down, I jumped in and try to explain to her my reason here, with attitude she walked me out . Then turn back around and said do I have an appointment . i told her I just came in for a question related to my passport if it's here or not . Krystal slammed the door in my face. i walked back to the post desk to speak with a manager, her name is LATEFIA or Latefa . To report how I was treated by HER employee. As I'm explaining the events that led me up to this point , out of her mouth THE MANGER !!! (LATEFIA ) said that's why I hate dealing with "YOU PEOPLE " and rudely closed the door in my face ! I rang the door bell, because I can't believe what just happened. She called the police on me. Something that could have been handled in a different manner, HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR from a manger . I own the building on Worthington Blvd at 3512. It comes with 3 mailboxes, one for each floor and each tenant. I have owned this building since it was built inn2007. The irresponsible postman, a tall man with curly white hair and glasses, decided on his own to remove my boxes and all evidence of 3512. He did this last year. My tenants complained to me because they had no other way of receiving their mail. In the past 6 months, I have gone 4 times to the Patrick st post office. Promises were made by different people. Finally, last week, I spoke to the clumsy postman's supervisor, Margaret Church. She promised to take care of it and guaranteed my tenants will receive correct labels with new mailboxes. I was happy to pay for new mailboxes and keys. I gave her my old mailbox keys and we agreed to meet today to correct this mistake. After waiting 30 minutes today for Margaret to show up, she came to talk to me. She appeared to be deeply influenced by irresponsible postman. No matter what lies he kept repeating, she accepted. It did not matter how far fetched his lies were. She has no leadership qualities and was swayed by his lies. I was deeply disappointed. It was unbelievable. My next step is to reach out to her bosses. Perhaps someone in this poorly managed post office will have a spine to stand up to bad employees such as this postman. He should have been fired years ago. In the meantime, even though I pay $11,000 in Frederick taxes, my tenants have no access to their mail. This is very bad customer service and a major disappointment.
