I…read moreeventually went in person and they said I needed different paperwork than they told me to bring. after a month or so of waiting i called again and was told they had no confirmation of the application even being filed and I was told that I needed to make and appointment to bring in the paperwork that I took last time that they said was wrong. Here we are over 7 months later and still back at square one. The most incompetent people work here.

The service was amazing! The lady was running the bar area and all the tables so needless to say she was extremely busy but we couldn't tell because she still gave us individual attention. After waiting an hour and a half past our schedule time, I got a text saying report to counter S A. Like I know what that meant so I ran inside real quick to find out they said no that means instructors coming so I'm getting to the car and I see the instructor walking away and I said ma'am, are you looking for this car and she screamed at me get in the car. These people should not be around kids. This is the second time it happened same person.

This is the first time I've been to any MVA and was out in a matter of…read moreminutes. in the past, it has been hours to just renew a license for to get some type of admin work done, but that was not the case I had an appointment and my appointment time was honored which I really appreciate. The representative was very helpful and answered my questions and even had a sense of humor. The individual I worked with was still in training. I thought it was very nice that the MVA supplied him with a signed to let people know to be patient because he was still training. However he did a great job there's ample parking and tons of signage to point you in the right direction. The MV is not somewhere we go on every day basis so the times that we go it's nice to have an environment that is welcoming efficient.

We couldn't ask for better libraries in Frederick county! The programs are always well thought-out…read moreand varied (plenty of really good programs for adults, teens and kids!) The variety of books and media are extensive. I especially love some of the newly released books that they have at all of the libraries. We recently went to the Point of Rocks library to use the Memory Lab (which is a very nice service that the library offers) to use the equipment and digitize some videos. The librarians and the volunteer who helped us went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked well. We really appreciate everything that FCPL has to offer!!

He loved reading,but now I have to search elsewhere which is very hard for me. I was told we can just put stuff on hold,but how can my kids find joy if they cant even browse through a decent section that is their passion?!
